A friend mentioned Tony for Arena might help me sell my prized VW Caddy van. Although dealing in cars, I approached Tony and took the van along for an appraisal. In less than 10 minutes and a short drive around the block he gave me a very fair price that I was happy to accept and the deal was done. No fuss. No haggling. Some paperwork and he even offered me a lift home!
When I later discovered I’d left a CD in the player, he told me he had also found my Ray-bans in the cubby hole! All safely ready for collection the next day.
Thank you Tony - really great to do some business and when I need a new car - you’re the man!

Drove from Cardiff to Farnborough having seen a Jaguar F Pace on Autotrader.
Tony and Angela were extremely helpful. There were 100 photos on autotrader and the car reflected everything that was stated.
We decided to buy, agreed a part exchange value on my current car, we went off for Lunch at The Swan whilst they got an MOT organised. And by 3pm we were driving home with our new car, thrilled to bits.Tony explained all the controls, display options and paired our phones.
It was a great process and they spent 2 hours with us, I can highly recommend Tony , Angela and Arena Cars if you are looking for your next vehicle.

Fantastic forecourt, huge selection of cars. Wonderful service, for once I felt I could trust a car garage! No annoying sales pitch and no pressure to buy which made the whole experience so much easier than we were expecting. We ended up buying a 3 series from Tony at Arena and will be looking at buying our 2nd car from him soon!
Nice little touches made such an impact after we purchased the car - sweets ready to occupy our son when we came to do the paperwork part, air freshener in the car which was the flavour I had mentioned I liked and a phone call the next day to check our baby ended up enjoying the car (she was crying as we left the forecourt). The ‘little things’ made us feel hugely valued, thank you Tony and Angela!!
