Arkiplan Reviews

Really professional and quick service. Saved thousands by chosing Arkiplan. Well done, coming back with anothe rproject.

Simple, clear and transparent pricing on the development of engineering and plans to support application

Great service from start to finish
Very swift service with quality drawings

Arkiplan was recommended to me by a friend and I am pleasantly surprised at how organised and seemlessly things came together. The online portal is exceptionally useful and shows the exact progress of your project, and Nicki, our architect was professional, courteous and had invaluable insight when it came to planning our extension. She promptly responded to questions and was thorough in drawing up the plans. I would certainly recommend using Arkiplan.

The process was very straightforward in getting our plans with Arkiplan, from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and have! We are so pleased with our extension, we now have a great useable space.

I had a loft conversion designed by Arkiplan and I was very impressed with the efficiency and communication. They chased building control for a sign off and liaised with the planning department at the council so changes could be made to the designs prior to the planning decision so that we could get a favourable decision. It really felt like a well oiled machine and we were very please.

I found Nicki Chew highly competent friendly and committed to achieving the desired result. Highly recommended *****

Hi i couldnt fault this company they helped me through everything i needed to do from start to finnish my planner keeley was so knowledgeable about what would work for us and what wouldnt .always kept me in the loop whatever stage we were at . It was very hard to get through as it was conservation as well but she kept positive and kept changing the drawings utill the council were happy im amazed she got them through
Thank you Arkiplan couldnt of done it without you

Great speedy service, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic alternative to using a traditional face to face architect. Great service and value. Would highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure about the online approach to project design initially but I’m glad I decided to go ahead. The process is well thought through, professional, good value and flexible. You have a dedicated designer to talk through ideas via video calls, and your design can be refined as many times as you like. A genuine two way process. The service includes structural calculations and facilitates submission for building control, etc.

I picked Arkiplan based on a competitive price and good reviews. We needed building regs drawings for a new build in a green belt area and within the curtilage of a listed building. I was assigned to Keeley Harris who has always made me feel like I was her only client - which I know is not the case at all. She has been amazing and so ready with helpful suggestions and information. She has often gone beyond her remit and I am really grateful for such great support. Even when she was off sick she still made the effort to call me on an urgent matter. Thank you Arkiplan.

I used Arkiplan for wrap around extension (single back and double side extension). Most of the time I interacted with Nicki Chew, she was brilliant every single time

Pros:--
1. Fast and quick response
2. Whole team is very professional
3. Designs were excellent. Builder was very happy with details in design. All the designs were to the scale. Builder used theses designs to come out with precise measurements.
4. Planning department & Buildings inspector was very impressed with designs.

Cons:--
1. They incorporated all of my ideas and suggestions. But some of my ideas were not technically sound. As a layman, I did not understand down side of my proposals. It would have been great if Arkiplan would have explained to me flaws in my suggestions.
2. Design inputs from Arkiplan were very limited. I would have really appreciated more smart ideas from Arkiplan.
3. I had to resubmit design again after minor modifications. Early guidance during design stage would have avoided this resubmission and delay.

A very straightforward and simple process from start to finish - I’ll definitely recommend and use ArkiPlan again on future projects

For the cost savings it was worth using Arkiplan. Everything went very smoothly, their online portal is very easy to use and is kept up to date so you know where everything is. The staff are very helpful and during the build our builder had a few questions which Arkiplan swiftly answered. It does require effort on your part though in terms of measurements and ideas, if you are happy with being hands on then this is a good alternative to the traditional options.

Very easy to work with, quick, friendly and informative

Was very dubious about doing this online and via zoom but, so far so good.

Arita has been very helpful with some good ideas and always responds to any queries promptly.

We have received exactly what we wanted, basic plans produced within 3 weeks.

They will be submitted to the Local Authority this week.

Now

Arkiplan was a quick and easy way to pull our vision together into plans that we could submit, get signed off, and then built.

Would recommend to anyone wanting to quickly get plans refreshed and submitted.

I found myself up against it with a time-sensitive, urgent job. The local council had asked for amended, scaled floor and elevation plans as part of my application for planning permission, as what I’d provided (which I’d obtained from the builders) was incomplete. I was panicking ahead of the deadline. Thank goodness I found Arkiplan. For a start, a human being (a really nice person, too) answers the phone all the time so you can actually speak to someone. Second, they’re extremely helpful and friendly. They kept me informed and updated about my job. They went above and beyond in helping me by urgently fitting in my job and completing it in super fast time. From the directors down to all the staff, all my dealings with them were a pleasure. It’s not often I can say that about a company. They’re highly professional and I’m extremely happy with their service. If I ever need planning documents again, I will use only them.
