Arkiplan Reviews

Experienced architect gave me good design configuration advise that I hadn’t considered- professional service.

Arkiplan team produced a design that met our brief in a timely and efficient manner. Great experience - now over to the planners !

Great service again from Arkiplan. Why go to a slow old fashioned architect when arkiplan can get the job done in days not months?

Friendly team supported by good communication and understanding of your personal goals 👍

Quick and easy process, friendly staff and approachable, reasonably priced :)

After contacting a number of architects and alternative design drawing services to produce my building regulations drawings I chose Arkiplan. Keeley was my project coordinator, she made the whole experience most satisfactory in an area which is daunting to most people. I found Keeley was very patient, informative and helped me make decisions relevant to what I was trying to achieve. The set up at Arkiplan were incredibly easy to follow and well organised. The detailed drawings produced were professional and easy to understand. The cost of their valued services were competitive and gave you an alternative to the costly route of using an architects services. I would definitely recommend Arkiplan.

Arita is very good at her job! She has excellent attention to detail and is a very good designer of houses and finding solutions! She works with you every step of the way!

I was not doing anything too complicated but I felt it has worked well and has been good value.

The planning meeting was excellent and the plans were available on time.

Very little "value add". The purpose of our drawings were to assist with Building Control but detail was either missing or contradictory which would have hindered with Building Control. The process also took too long and it was apparent that our simple project was just one of many that the architect was supervising. Hence we had to go back repeatedly to get things fixed that should have been apparent from the beginning. That being said, the Architect herself was helpful and engaging and sought to help us circumvent the bureaucratic hurdles of getting access to the drawings.

A very slick system and keeps you well informed. I love it.

Arkiplan’s flexible and helpful approach made for a seamless and rapid result of quality plans.

Interaction with Dave was very insightful. He has a wealth of experience that supports your wavering decision making.

A breath of fresh air ….. very user friendly professional service. Impressive !

I have used Arkiplan twice now, most recently Keely Harris worked with us to draw up plans for an orangery and outbuilding conversion. She was very helpful, full of good ideas and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She took into account all of my requirements and having somebody to submit the application and deal with the conservation aspect of a grade 2 listed house was very helpful. Arkiplan also offers incredible value for money. Id highly recommend it!

Professional service, very smooth and quick process. Easy to contact by phone, which is important when most of it is automated. Arita was extremely patient during the zoom we had to plan the extension as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted! Would highly recommend Arkiplan and would them again myself if needed.

Imaginative solution, and very prompt responses from Keeley Harris

Mine was a very straightforward knock down and rebuild extension. The planner was very clear and easy to discuss things with, also gave good explanations. the online system easy to use and turnaround for plans really quick.

Fantastic! Keeley Harris dealt with our matter and she was absolutely excellent.

Transparency from the outset with regards to processes, timescales and costs, great communication and invested in the job you want done as much as you are! I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone thinking of getting plans done, building regulation application and planning permissions
