You do most things right, the thing I dislike intensely is that you hide the post and packing cost until the check out.
Which unfortunately means I won’t be shopping with you again unless it’s something very special that I can’t get elsewhere , somewhere where they are honest and upfront with the cost of post and packaging.

I fully understand that Postage cost can vary but postage is not mentioned until checkout. Most traders that I buy from quote a price “£??:?? plus P&p to be calculated at checkout” you you do the same.

Helen explained product suggestions for our needs in plain terms, invoice raised and items were here within 48 hours. They were packed well to protect and upon inspection I was really pleased with the tablet kiosks and was thankful to have found armour dog.

Don’t think i’ve come across a company like this in
a very long time

i had purchased a protective case for my 13 “ ipad
it had 360 degree swivel with a stand /Strut

which had become very important in its use
whilst using in my car

The stand snapped and i sheepishly
enquired about a replacement stand

I received a wonderful ! super positive response from Helen
who despatched a replacement ( 2 yr warranty )

Ordered a case for my galaxy tab s9 ultra,plus a tempered glass screen protector.
Case was absolutely fantastic,especially the stand/holder attachment.
Unfortunately I messed up fitting the screen protector.
I informed Armourdog how pleased I was with their product and mentioned my screen mishap.
They replied straight away and added they would dispatch a new screens saver free of charge.
Totally impressed with this company and very unusual to receive this type of service from an online company.
A lot of manufacturers should take a leaf out of their book when addressing customer complaints!.
