There was a mistake made with the order so it was sent in two parts. As a result I had to pay double the import duty.

Also the product (armourdog® LocPad anti-theft tablet kiosk) is not suitable for this model of tablet as advertised. The Kiosk cover completely covers the Huawei T3 10 home button rendering the tablet useless once its enclosed in the unit (Even though I did select the "leave home button exposed" on the settings). Waste of €160.

Both the laptop locking station and the ordering/delivery process were first class

I can honestly say it topped expectations. This was the 3rd case from a range of companies we have tried and none were quite right until this one arrived. We wanted a case which provided all over protection but was also lightweight.

Considering the cost is about average to those cheaper looking comparisons on Amazon, it feels solid and high quality. I absolutely love it and am convinced it will last as long as the iPad.

The case comes together and it was a bit tricky to initially separate but that adds to its quality as it then fits perfectly.

I had to contact the company due to Issues with Royal Mail and the customer service is personal and efficient.

No negatives with either the product or company.

I am delighted with the 2 iPad cases I bought from Armourdog. My daughter has autism and is very hard on her iPads - they are very important to her though so we are always looking for the very best cases. I recently bought one from a well known make which is meant to give ‘rugged’ protection and sadly the iPad lasted 3 days before it was damaged. I thought I’d give Armourdog a try and the cases are great - heavy duty and solid, but really well made and feel like they could survive almost anything that could be thrown at them. They were a wee bit tricky to put on but that means they’ll be hard to take off! I would recommend these for schools as well as industrial environments- great value and good service too.

Spoke to a very pleasant lady who was very helpful. However, when I received the cases, I was disappointed to find that they did not have a cover over the screen apart from a plastic sheet which fractured when I was carefully fitting it.
I don't know whether you will accept the unopened one if I return it to you for a refund. Also, my son had bought me one for Xmas which, of course, I was unaware of at the time. Lastly, I am going away for 3 weeks tomorrow so, if you would allow me a refund, I could not return it until my return.

I tried countless times to order a case from Lenovo for my wife's new tablet to no avail - totally unhelpful! . Then online I came across ArmourDog. I'd never heard of this company before, but was impressed by their website and it was UK based, not a mammoth conglomerate like Lenovo. I ordered their version for the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro and wow! What a case! Almost "Armour plated" and super quality! Took me a while to work out how to fit the tablet. But they had a great instructional video on YouTube. And then it was easy. Spoke to their director Helen Rolfe. Very helpful. Will definitely recommend this Company to others. Anyone looking for high quality cases for Tablet computers, should definitely look at the ArmourDog website. A 5 Star experience in every way!!

The quality of the products is excellent and I received them two days after ordering during the Christmas period which is quite something .
