I am extremely disappointed with Arrno Beaumont and the complete lack of respect for their own commercial agreement. I took advantage of the “buy one, get one free” promotion, which was clearly advertised as including two watches plus a collection box. Instead, I received only one watch.

This is not a small mistake, it feels misleading and unprofessional. I contacted Arrno Beaumont by email and did receive replies, but despite their responses, none of the missing items have been shipped. Advertising one thing and delivering another shows a serious disregard for customers and for basic business integrity.

This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I do not recommend Arrno Beaumont at all.

I didn't what even give these thieves a star. I placed an order in October and only received 1 watch when it was suppose to be two. It took months. I would post on there site every time they posted. However, now I noticed they have been withdrawing 35 dollars from my account without me authorizing. I had to call my bank, file a complaint and cancel my card. These people are thieves, don't order from them.

First of all I was disappointed with your company.i made an order on the 26 of October 2025. My order num is #19123 and my tracking num is YT2530000707289455.uptil now I haven't received my order with is ridiculous for a company like this to do this to costumer.why are you doing this.i need my watch or my money back.i have already spoke to my bank about this.the worst thing is that no matter how many emails you sand no one bother to reply.i have sent more than 4 emails still no reply. My email address i.my name is mohamed Bobson Kamara and I live in England.i really need a reply ASAP because anlm really tired and fed-up with your company.this is a fraudulent activity.

So true about all the reviews. Guess what?? Another BOGOF disaster, one arrived, not 2, out of stock apparently for one of them and supposedly emailed to let me know, never did. Waited weeks/months for the second, apparently delivered but not to me, promised a full refund, now ignoring my emails and paying up. Wondering if the FCA might be able to help

Bogof is a scam you only receive 1 and then when you contact customer service no one replies! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Received half the merchandise company is misleading and will pretend to resolve orders so that they can collect money. Don't waste you time or money!

This company sucks so bad. I’m still waiting for my package and I still have not received it. I emailed this company multiple times and not one response. This is a rip off.

Like others here I wish I read this before ordering.
Good marketing and S*** delivery.
I am waiting now 5 weeks for my order and fear based on what I read here it will not be what I had hoped.

To be honest with you guys, this is one of the worst sites I've ever came across. I made my order on October 31st and I haven't even received it yet. I tried to contact customer service, no reply. No one came back to me so therefore this site should be banned and nobody should buy anything from these people. Bunch of thieves

I paid for the watch and got NOTHING

I am still waiting...and keep getting emails asking how satisfied I am with my purchase-how does one judge what you don't have-TOTAL Bogus-they need to be removed as a "trusted" vendor-TRUST my a--!

They offered a BOGO. They never sent the second watch and then lied about it being unavailable. The watch was listed as available on their website. There has been multiple email correspondences, with nothing but lies. It’s a cheap watch so no big deal but I don’t like to get scammed.

I received my order on 28 Sep 25.
I was sent (3) White/Clear of the exact same watches.
I emailed cusryservice 4 occasions PROBLEM NOT SOLVED!!!!!! Who wants 3 of the same exact watch and they won’t take it back or admit there mistake. ANY COLOR better than 3 of the same MODEL AND COLOR!!!!
I Requested my (1) Free watch to be Black in color.

I ordered watch and it was buy one get one free plus a watch case on website. I paid £30 pound and when watch came first it was only one watch nothing else the package was really bad.. watch itself was definitely cheap looks like from £2 watch from china , they never replied to my emails and massages. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their website should be banned.

Same A.I generated email about shipping..I even had an email to review my products although I had not received. Then a email advising delivery of insurance. I wish I read the reviews before trusting this dodgy company. If I get my goods in the next 5 days I will leave a better review..for now 1 star is too good.

Garbage customer service. Waited three weeks after purchase to hear back from them regarding shipping. All I got was a reply that was clearly written by AI stating there were tariffs and shipping delays they had to navigate prior to shipping my order... None of which they communicate in their marketing or on their website. Absolute bullshit, do not purchase from these folks.

Never received my BOGO promotion! Only got one the watches and promised the other over 3 months ago!!!
