Hi Sharon, we've also sent you an email, but wanted you to know that your refund is on the way. We have not offered free shipping since before the pandemic; however, we now understand how the order screen, as it was, caused some confusion. It does show $0.00 for shipping UNTIL your shipping address is entered so the system can calculate the exact shipping cost to your location. It will then show accurate shipping fees at the final checkout screen. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and our tech team has since made updates to the ordering page so this is more clear to our customers. We hope you'll give us another try in the future.

Hello there! We discovered that this was an issue with the shipper. Your order was shipped within our typical timeframe and was unfortunately lost by FedEx. We've been in touch with you and will be immediately replacing the prints with 2-day shipping service so you will receive them quickly. We hope this is a satisfactory result to an unfortunate situation that was simply out of our control. Thank you for your understanding!
