After having a positive experience ordering from Artsabers, I was contacted with an offer to leave a review on a few sites with proof to get a free mystery lightsaber. I saw the offer and said sure, I'll leave a review detailing my experience which was, apart from wrong information regarding a question and long shipping time (which was disclosed to be fair) positive.
They asked me to leave a review on Trustpilot, Google, Froms and Facebook, which I did, and sent them the submission proof on their review and company mail. No response for 10 days until I said I would go public with our exchange, when they responded by telling me to send them my full name, shipping address and phone number. That was on April 29th. Today is May 24th and I have sent them multiple mails trying to reach them to no response, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would deliver on their promise.

I have no problem with me not getting the free lightsaber, I don't care about it, but it is the principle that infuriates me to no end. Why promise something that you will not deliver on. Maybe they think people will forget and leave the positive reviews, and I am here to warn people not to leave them as they will get NOTHING!

Worse than that, it is their abhorrent costumer support that bothers me. They did absolutely nothing to help a costumer that did not spend a small amount of money on their merchandise, actively ignoring me contacting them about something THEY SENT ME.

Also the merchandise they sell is probably not theirs as I have suspicions they are dropshippers which doesn't make them stand out in the slightest in the current market.

I would recommend shopping in an alternative lightsaber shop, as they will deliver, but if any service is needed, it will be wrong or non-existent.

I own six lightsabers - everything from Master Replicas, Disney, Saber Forge, and a few others I don't remember. My new Artsabers Obi-Wan is by far my favorite and brightest of them all. Even in daylight it looks amazingly true to the movies! It is super easy to navigate all the features once you learn the few steps of how to manipulate it. I love the different ignition choices and blade colors, as well as the funky ones that do a wild rainbow effect. My favorite is burst ignition with the green blade - it's amazing!! The saber itself it pure beauty and has a super solid build. It runs on a standard Lithium Ion battery (I think) like those that come in a vape mod. It also a plethora of sound fonts that are movie accurate, along with some really wild sounds!! The volume is adjustable from low to high and also muted, which is very handy. In my pictures I used my 2nd brightest saber - my Kylo Ren - and you can see my Artsabers just beats it on everything brightness-wise and color-wise. By far and away, my Artsabers Obi-Wan is the best "bang for the buck" sabers I have owned in 20 years of saber collecting!! Do yourself a favor and pull the trigger - you won't regret it!!

Super good service! Responded almost every email I sent! Arrived on time! The two and a half weeks delivery time was tiny bit over time and felt like years, but it’s worth it! Buy lightsabers from here!

Honestly what made my experience great is that A saber that I was going I purchased got lost in transit, I contact Artsabers and *Boom*. I get updated and now i dont have to worry about it at all.

I am very pleased with the quality of the light saber that I ordered. I have heard about a lot of different companies that resell and drop ship sabers from overseas, and I was a little skeptical of that, but let me say that Artsabers did a great job! Just re-editing, as I’ve now received a replacement blade due to a broken one being delivered. Took a while, but happy that they sorted it.
Will happily buy from them in future.

I like the quality of the build on theses dual sabers. They sound and function perfectly. I've been banging them around to see how they hold up and so far, so good.

If you are on the fence about buying one of these, go for it! You will be so impressed. Hilt looks great, everything arrived in pristine condition, Very fast shipping to Australia, tracking was accurate and installed with very high end electronics among the custom lightsaber community.

DON´T BUY FROM ARTSABER. The service is terrible, one of the most bad services which I experienced in the last several years and this even under new management. They delivered a wrong lightsaber and nobody of Artsaber is willing to help even they just ignore the mails. In the meantime I found out, that Artsaber is just a dealer somewhere (a drop-shipper), collecting orders to high prices (yes, very high, you can get this saber for much less from other drop shipper) and then the customers get the delivery from China. Beside this they are criminal acting because they claim to be a company in UK which IS NOT the case!!! Also DON´T BELIEVE THAT ALL COST ARE PAID - IT IS NOT !!! even some bloggers on youtube claim this too (even they know the truth). My order was over 800 USD and because over 800 USD I must pay additional a duty.

Having the charging port inside the handle with exposed electrical seems like a bad design. Scared I could short it out every time I need to charge it.

I love my lightsaber. It makes me feel like a real Sith Lord. Artsaber has done well. I would definitely recommend them for a lightsaber.

Absolutely fantastic. I am an avid collector of Star Wars memorabilia, especially lightsabers. I’ve ordered savers from various suppliers & Artsabers is by far one of the best.
Everything you need to know is in the descriptions, which are 100% accurate, so when you receive your lightsaber everything you were promised is there & depending on the style/type of saber you order it will come in a premium hardshell case.
