I ordered an HP laptop motherboard and my experience was awesome. It came in a nice packaging. The installation went great too. My laptop has been running smoothly so far. No issues whatsoever! Would definitely buy again.

If there was a zero stars option, I would have chosen that. Deplorable experience and even worse customer service model. The latter is non-existent. We purchased a motherboard and RAM, both made in China. In an email trail, they admitted to their in-house Shipper labelling all items to Canada as the same classification. In our case, that equated to "machinery". This resulted in duties, taxes, and tariffs as machinery is considered a steel product. We were billed by Canada Customs based on their incorrect classification more than the cost of the products we purchased. Their representative stated by email that their In-House Shipper labels all goods to Canada as the same classification, and does so on a daily basis. When I informed them that the shipping documents I received had an incorrect classification, they met me with denial and a refusal to escalate the call to their Shipper/Receiver or their Supervisor. Asking for the specification sheets to submit to Canada Customs, as part of the appeal process, was met with them sending us screenshots from their website and not spec sheets. They continue to send by email unrelated explanations related to controlled goods and shipping (not pertaining to our shipment). If you are a Canadian buyer, beware of their shipping practices, but definitely, their lack of customer service.

I bought a few of these all worked great no problems were shipped out very fast

Be very careful, bad experience, I bought a new one and it arrived broken and unusable, then they contact you to return one more nasa part of the purchase in exchange for a good score and a good comment, in reality it seems like a way of acting, I do not recommend it, I bought a brand new motherboard and it arrived brandbroken. It cost me 73 and they only wanted to refund 20, nothing fair.

The item was packaged well, shipped out quickly and it worked exactly as expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I found a laptop mobo that I've been trying to find for months and found one on AscendTech. After careful scrutiny and confirming with Vlad at AscendTech the item was "new" (pulled from an unsold system), I bought it for $229. I wrote a good review. However I just got an email stating the item is damaged and order was cancelled. W-T-H?!?! This company sucks and I'll never shop with them again. Thank god my card wasn't charged! I retrtact my positive review feedback.
