Askasif Reviews

I have never come across such an outstanding office agent in the UK. Asif is by far the most dedicated, responsible and honest sales professional I have ever met.

I was searching for an office under extremely urgent circumstances. He received my request at 8 p.m. — with the requirement that I move in within just three days — and worked until 2 a.m. arranging viewings. By the next day at noon, we had already started touring, and in one afternoon we viewed over 20 offices in central London. In the end, I secured my dream office at exactly the price I wanted.

I highly recommend him not only because he has over 30 years of experience and strong connections with virtually all developers in London, but also because he is remarkably honest, patient and respectful. If you communicate your needs clearly, you can be confident that he will find you the best possible options.

I contacted Asif over a year ago when I was looking for a commercial space to rent in Mayfair but had already engaged another agent. Asif was super kind and professional and still helped out.

Long story short, things did not work out with the other agent and I reached back out to Asif. He was very helpful from the start and found me a diamond in the rough. Post finding the place, he has stayed involved every step of the way, in many instances taking the lead to help move things forward and everytime providing guidance of what was in my best interest, whilst being fair. He engaged me, the landlord’s agents and the landlord to assist in resolving any holdups.

The only thing I can say for Asif is that he is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and will make sure you get better than you had hoped for! Recommend him anytime and all the time!

I recently contacted Asif to help us find a new office space, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. He and his team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive to our needs. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and showed us a great selection of properties that fit within our budget.

What impressed me most was how efficient and transparent the whole process was. Within just a few weeks, we were able to secure and sign for our new location — and it couldn't be a better fit for us.

A huge thank you to Asif and his team for their professionalism, support, and genuine care throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I found the team so friendly and professional. Will do business again. Thanks
