Received my tinted Elta MD sunscreen quickly and for a good price. They also included a few samples with my order. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered about 15days ago,on May.26 I received Email. you guys told me .my package has been shipped,but ,on June.4. I received another Email,told me .my oreder items sold out! I'm so strange,I received the shipping Email .the tracking number inside! Today, I called your customer service about half hours，I left massage already, but nobody call back to me !I just want to know about, where is my package? HOW LONG CAN I receive my package?CAN you call back to me ？or CAN you reply to this Email,please!

I am disappointed in the lack of communication from askderm when products have been put on hold because of one item on backorder. I still have not been notified of this interruption. I only found out about it when I checked the online tracking number. The number had been canceled. Since I am in the initial phase of a new hair and scalp treatment for hair growth, I am not sure how this interruption will affect what I hope to be a positive result; also not to mention that this will be an expensive setback for me. The company has a responsibility to its customers with these type of products to ensure consistency of the products in these type of programs.
I can only hope that askderm will make this right for me, and in the future initiate better customer service / communication.

I should have know the price was too good to be true. When ordering Glytone Step-Up Mild Gel for my wife I compared the picture to the bottle she had. Pictured is the 200 ml/6.7 oz. (exactly the same as I was looking for). What they are actually selling is the 30 ml/1.0 oz size.

The old bait and switch. I'll never shop askderm again.

Update. askderm got back offered full refund and with be replacing picture. For this rapid response I upgrade them from 1 to 3 stars.

Askderm currently is the exclusive of a product I use thus I was transferred to the site when I wanted to order. Easy process, smooth navigation throughout purchase and a clean easy to navigate site overall. Normally I use a competitor for dermatology products but will now add Askderm to the list as a worthy contender.
