Ordered internal bi-fold doors and really pleased with the quality of the materials -
we haven’t as yet fitted them but the quality is really great. Ordering was easy and delivery was amazingly quick and convenient. Great customer service too. Will definitely use Aspire again for future door replacement.

The staff are generally helpful but the product can be improved. I purchase an internal bi-fold door which arrives flat packed. The problem you have are the levels of tolerance and the instructions which are both poor. I had 3 carpenters look at the door and instructions and refused the job. I finally found someone who would do it and it took him 2 days. This product would have been much simpler to install had they come with pilot holes for the hinges and pre- routed sections for the door latch and stop bolt. The hinges being the key problem area.

Terrible quality doors! Ordered a set of aluminium doors for thousands and only lasted five years. When I contacted them to resolve the issue they wanted £420 just to come and look at it! Stay away!

I made an order (46649) for 7 doors on 28th March expecting 3 day delivery as promised on website but as of 11 April we still havent received them and no updates from the company. When I call I cant get through and I emailed them first thing on last Friday and still havent received a response. I cant honestly tell if appalling service or a total Scam.

I have not received the doors yet please advise when they are coming

My doors were delivered on time and in good condition. My queries were answered promptly before purchase.

Upon unboxing, I found a very large scratch right in the middle of the door. The colour is also noticeably wrong — it appears yellowish rather than the white glazed finish I ordered. In addition, the panels look worn, as though the door has been used before, and there are scratches and marks across multiple areas.

Given the condition, I’m extremely unhappy with the quality of the item received. This is not acceptable for a new product.

Easy to buy, delivery was slightl delayed as product was damaed before it was dispatched but they replaced everything together and sent out as one. Instructions are simple to follow.

Just an extra mention to Josh, I ordered the incorrect set up and he arranged correct parts to be sent to me free of charge even though it was my error!

Absolutely fantastic product and service! Also, noticed we were missing a shop bolt, aspire were so helpful and sorted it immediately, fantastic customer service!

Instructions are not the easiest to understand in parts so make sure to get professionals to fit however the product is brilliant! Would definitely recommend and use in the future!

6 doors supposed to be deliverd today. But not delivered.

The positives; delivery well organised and on time. The 'kit' is good value for money and went together well and looks good now it is finished. So, why only 4 stars? Simply the screws provided for hinges etc. The screws in my kit are rubbish, the heads are not formed properly and the material is too soft. I ruined a couple of heads before I realised what was happening. I had to drill out the failed screws and refit the hinges with my own screws. Other than that I had no problem assembling the set and only needed a second pair of hands to join the two doors together. If I ignore the screws I'll give 4.99 stars.

Good quality doors, happy with purchase. Only comment is the delivery was later than the stated 5days however the customer services people provided clear communication to make delivery arrangements.

Well firstly order was delivered late in spite of receiving txt saying it was coming as promised , and we had big problems sorting as it turned out door was actually from another supplier not aspire . We asked for £48 delivery charge to be reduced due to inconvenience/stress caused but not given.
Then when door came it was wrong. We ordered an unglazed door ( there was a version with glass in it but we wanted to put in our own patterned glass to match our decor) but the door was solid with spaces filled with panelling. We feel strongly the product description is not accurate as anyone would assume it meant no glass in door with spaces free to put own glass in .
We then struggled to return it as they cd not pick up before we went away.
All in all a stressful and difficult experience.

We've had the door installed for a couple of years, and it's worked very well, but an issue developed with one of the parts. I contacted Aspire and within a couple of hours I'd had confirmation that the replacement part was being sent out under warranty to sort the problem. Great customer service. Thanks.
