I live in New Orleans and wanted a specific bathroom reproduction fixture, the Bury Street Solid Brass Toilet Roll Holder. Not only did you have it, but you also had the absolute best version of it - the quality was superb!

Good product & price, no problems!

I ordered a number of reproduction brass Art Nouveau finger plates for the doors in my house. The plates are very nice quality and arrived neatly and securely packaged.The only slight downside was that the small screws supplied with the plates are also ‘period pieces’. I’d have preferred small brass Philips head screws but I managed OK in the end!

Service very poor. Ordered a week ago and no communication other than an order confirmation at time of ordering. Have emailed them on their contact page to ask what was happening with the order and needless to say no reply. I would not be be using them again due to their lack of communication which reflects on their customer service.

Excellent company to deal with. Very helpful to deal with over the phone, particularly during this sale which was during the very early days of Covid lockdowns. There was a small issue with the item due a problem with the source manufacturer but ATC were superb in helping me to get sorted and they dealt with everything very quickly, particularly considering the circumstances in place at the time. They genuinely seemed to care.

ATC have an excellent range of products with an easy to use website. The prices were competitive. I was most impressed by the speedy delivery - I received my beautiful new door handles the next day. ATC will be top of my list when I need something else.
