Harry and Ali worked on my car today and I couldn’t of asked for better service I highly recommend this garage and I will be using this garage for all my repairs they also have an MOT station which is at the back of age concern in town which I have also used and they are good there too service from both workshops

Brilliant garage. I have been using this branch for a number of years. The guys r always so nice & very helpful. They never try to 'sell' me a service or product that I teally don't need. As a woman on my own I really value that & their kindness. They r as honest as the day is long. Thank you guys 😊 & long may u remain in business

I had a great experience with this garage. The place is clean, well-organised, and very welcoming. Their pricing is fair and transparent, which is always reassuring. I have known the staff for many years, and every time I booked my car in for any maintenance, I had great service.
Unfortunately, they are now gone!! The company ATS has gone and been replaced by another company, and all the old ATS staff have also gone. Oh well, it was great while it lasted. Good lck for the future where ever you are, especially the old manager.

My car was booked in for a service
One of my tires has a pressure sensor fault
ATS were unable to replace it because their machine has been broken for some time
The attitude of a member of staff was blarzia because they had just found out they were all being made redundant
They advised me to take my car elsewhere for repair as any warranty would not be upheld

Prompt and efficient service at a competitive price but sadly my local branch has closed down - Well Done and Thanks for all your help over past years!

Came here months ago and. I'm still trying to get my car fixed after they purposely broke my bonnet latch. They already messed me around saying the MOT guy was sick and I had to wait till next week. Then obviously dealing with the back log rang me within 30mins saying my bonnet cable was broke. My partner had just checked under the hood in the morning to make sure all was ok so we knew they were lying. They just laughed in our faces. Do not go there especially under Groupon they will just mess your car up as it's worth nothing to them

Took my nearly new fully serviced Jaguar in for an oil change at ATS Euromaster in Colchester, they started the engine before putting new oil in, the engine seized so the RAC towed it away for scrap, and all ATS could say was " can you get your car off are forecourt " they are useless.

The once again service provided was excellent and the office manager was very understanding and helpful and so I have every reason to recommend ATS Carmarthen

On our way back from France a front tyre pressure indicator flagged up. Pulled off the M25 and headed for ATS Elite. These guys were amazing!
Problem solved in about 20 minutes and we were back on the road. Well done guys and thank you.

I bought 4 expensive tyres on a deal direct from ATS.
A week later I got a nail through a sidewall which rendered one of the tyres useless. Ats replaced it the same afternoon at the deal price, which was no longer available. Good service and cheerfl people

Having booked both of our Cars months ago for both MOT and service we arrived on Tuesday the 2 of June at the Haverhill branch in Suffolk to find the garage had been closed for two weeks!

I find it astonishing that no one called to advise us that they we’re closing and would not be able to carey out the work booked so many months before.

We always found those working in that garage to be very able, helpful and professional. Ours Cars we’re always service well. We are sorry all of them have last their jobs. What a shame!!

I arrived at ATS with a completely blown tyre and my 9-year-old daughter with me. The staff appeared stressed and, unfortunately, gave the impression that they didn't really want to help. I was told to come back later that day, which wasn't a practical option given that the tyre was fully blown and I had my daughter with me.

I was then informed that they didn't have a suitable tyre available for my vehicle. While I understand stock issues can happen, the overall customer service was poor and I left feeling like my situation wasn't taken seriously.

In the end, I carefully drove at around 5 mph to First Stop Tyres in Kidderminster, where the team were brilliant. They replaced the tyre without any issues and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

Based on my experience, I won't be returning to ATS and would recommend First Stop Tyres instead. Customer service makes all the difference when you're stranded and in need of help.

Booked a service for my car. Great value with genuine oils/parts not 'Chinese specials'. On the day staff were great, informative, friendly and accommodating for any other add ons.
Genuinely a very great service which I will be using again.
