I bought the Auto-Hydra 4 post lift to replace my old 2-post lift, and it’s been a game-changer. The built-in rolling jack saves me so much time on tire rotations — no more crawling under the car with a floor jack! Installation was straightforward (watch their YouTube video!), and it arrived well-packed with all bolts and anchors. The drip trays are a nice touch - keeps my floor clean. Most importantly: it feels solid and safe. My heaviest vehicle is a 3/4-ton van, and this lift handles it like nothing. Plus, it’s ALI certified, which my insurance required. Great value, great support.

Worth the buy despite online ordering worries - was nervous about buying something this expensive online, but their team answered all my questions about capacity, ceiling height, and delivery. Everything arrived exactly as described. Installation was actually pretty simple - ran it on regular 110V power which saved me a ton on electrical work. The lift feels rock solid even with full-size SUVs on it. 79-inch clearance is perfect - I can stand comfortably underneath for oil changes and inspections. Works fast - 50 seconds to lift keeps the workflow moving smoothly. The included extras are genuinely useful - those drip trays, jack tray, and casters are nice touches. Being able to move the lift around when I'm reorganizing the shop is way handier than I expected. Delivery was smooth and support was solid during setup when I had questions. Look, this isn't a $20,000 commercial lift, but for a small shop or serious home garage, it absolutely gets the job done. Professional quality without the professional price tag. Would absolutely buy again and recommend to other shop owners.

I recently purchased the 7-piece corner garage cabinet system, and I'm genuinely impressed. Everything arrived in perfect condition, well-packed and shipped faster than I expected.
I had a few questions about shelf spacing and hardware, and the team replied quickly with clear, helpful answers.
The cabinets themselves are sturdy metal, with thoughtful touches like soft-close doors and lockable drawers. Even better? They came mostly pre-assembled- I only had to attach a few shelves and month the pegboard. Saved me hours!

worst customer service ever,cant ever get a hold of Mindy,text messages,voice mails,calls,anything,she will not answer,only way i got her to answer was by me saying that i wanted to purchase 2 more lifts.2 days after install,a hose was leaking,called and called,no response,this was back in august 2025,i had to pay out of pocket to fix myself,move forward to today ,01/21/2026,SAFETY CABLE LATCH JUST BREAKS when i pull it,i call and call and call,text message,no response,finally after like 10 calls,Mindy answers,i have receipt where it says 1 year warranty,asks to send her pictures,i do,says ill send u a link to our manufacturer,and no response from them ,call her back ,she claims its installer fault,the cable snaps because its installer fault,AGAIN i have to pay out of pocket because she will not honor warranty,and this is a safety issue,while im asking her how can this be installer issue(which i paid her for install)again when i purchased was quick to answer calls and return calls for payments,but when issues come up,she refuses to take care of them,today she hung up not once but twice on me ,so again im having to pay out of pocket to get this issue resolved..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

But after visiting their New Jersey warehouse in person, seeing the build quality firsthand, and learning they have three physical locations across the U.S. (NJ,LA Chicago), my concerns about legitimacyand support completely disappeared. The best part? They were running a strong online promotion at the time-better than what I'd seen locally-so I placed the order directly on their website and chose local pickup. From order confirmationto ready-for-pickup, everything moved fast. Their team even sent updates and coordinated smoothly around my schedule. What really impressed me was the technical support. When I had questions about wiring the lift and calibrating the balancer, their specialist walded me through it step by step-no generic replies, just real expertise. I now recommend them to other shop owners without hesitation.

Construction and installation were pretty straightforward. Most parts lined up perfectly, though a couple of bolt holes on the upper post section didn’t quite match. Fixed it in minutes with a drill and a rotary file bit — no big deal. Everything else went together smoothly, and the lift runs perfectly now. One tip: draw your alignment lines on the floor before standing the posts up. Take your time measuring, and make sure both posts are perfectly plumb. Do it now, or you’ll be adjusting later.

After a few test lifts with my truck, I can say this thing feels solid — no wobble, no noise. For a home garage, it’s as substantial as any of the BendPak lifts I’ve used. Really impressed!!

Ordered the 9,000-lb 2-post car lift (220V) a few weeks back, and right after, I got a call from the seller double-checking my delivery address and asking if I had a way to unload it. Smart move — this thing is heavy, around 1,200 pounds. Wouldn’t want it dropped on your driveway with no plan.
