worst customer service ever,cant ever get a hold of Mindy,text messages,voice mails,calls,anything,she will not answer,only way i got her to answer was by me saying that i wanted to purchase 2 more lifts.2 days after install,a hose was leaking,called and called,no response,this was back in august 2025,i had to pay out of pocket to fix myself,move forward to today ,01/21/2026,SAFETY CABLE LATCH JUST BREAKS when i pull it,i call and call and call,text message,no response,finally after like 10 calls,Mindy answers,i have receipt where it says 1 year warranty,asks to send her pictures,i do,says ill send u a link to our manufacturer,and no response from them ,call her back ,she claims its installer fault,the cable snaps because its installer fault,AGAIN i have to pay out of pocket because she will not honor warranty,and this is a safety issue,while im asking her how can this be installer issue(which i paid her for install)again when i purchased was quick to answer calls and return calls for payments,but when issues come up,she refuses to take care of them,today she hung up not once but twice on me ,so again im having to pay out of pocket to get this issue resolved..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
