I strongly warn all dealers against using Autorola. I purchased a BMW G310R that arrived with a catastrophic engine failure (there was a play on the crankshaft) and leaking shock absorber. The official BMW Authorized Service (ASO) estimated the repair at over 5000€—more than the bike's value.

​Autorola refused the claim with an insulting and technically impossible explanation: they claimed that because a "check engine" light was visible in the auction photos while the engine was not running (Only the ignition was turned on), and because of that I should have known the engine was destroyed. BMW experts officially confirmed this is a lie. Those lights are a standard system self-test.

Additionally they claimed that MACADAM inspected the vehicle, but there was not any information of the defects in the description. The carrier also officially noted on the CMR document during pickup that the engine was not starting. Despite this, Autorola continues to hide behind the 'warning lights' excuse to avoid a refund.

​They sold a 'total loss' vehicle as functional and are now hiding behind false technical claims. Disgraceful customer service and zero professional ethics. Claim ref: 244 584. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOROLA!!!

Truffatori, vendono auto fuse e non rispondono al danno, con la scusa che sono danni dovuti all'utilizzo. Imbecilli!!
Pensavo che i peggiori fossero Auto1, ma loro li superano di gran lunga.

Commercianti non comprate niente da loro.
Al momento del pagamento i soldi li vogliono entro il giorno successivo mentre per i danni fanno i finti tonti.

Caution when purchasing vehicles via Autorola, especially Autorola Italy

When purchasing vehicles through Autorola Italy, particular caution is advised. In several cases, the auction descriptions were incomplete. Essential information as well as additional costs—especially transport costs—were not transparently disclosed in advance, but were only claimed after the auction was awarded. This results in unexpected additional expenses for the buyer.

Furthermore, very high auction and additional fees are charged. It is noticeable that vehicles often originally come from other auction platforms or leasing companies (e.g. Ayvens, AVAL, etc.). Although the vehicles are resold, Autorola often adopts only part of the original auction description and only a fraction of the available images.

On the original platforms of the leasing providers, there are often significantly more images and much more detailed information available, which are not fully published on Autorola. As a result, relevant defects or deficiencies initially remain hidden from the bidder. However, after the purchase and the subsequent discovery of further damage, responsibility is shifted to the buyer.

The impression arises that by selectively omitting information and images, higher profits are achieved, while the buyer ultimately bears the consequences.

Recommendation:
It is advisable to purchase vehicles directly through the original auction platforms or leasing providers and to review offers on Autorola—especially Autorola Italy—very critically. Before placing a bid, all costs, images, and complete vehicle data should be explicitly requested and confirmed in writing.

Vorrei ricordare a tutti gli acquirenti professionali di non acquistare un veicolo Autorola!!
Ti vendono auto rubate e manomesse senza avvisarti con numeri di serie falsificati senza che questo sia indicato né nelle loro vendite né nelle loro fatture e senza alcun controllo da parte loro.

Una volta ricevuto il veicolo, l'auto è arrivata con molti danni e non era immatricolabile perché rubata.

Si compensano per qualsiasi problema successivo e rifiutano qualsiasi rimborso.

Le azioni legali sono in corso e credetemi non rinunceremo a nulla con il nostro avvocato!

Ovviamente abbiamo tutte le prove di quanto stiamo riportando.

Fate molta attenzione, le foto parlano da sole.

Siamo utilizzatori del portale dal 2020, abbiamo acquistato oltre 100 vetture senza avere mai grandi problemi.
Il merito è anche del nostro referente Marco F. che è risultato sempre subito disponibile alla risoluzione di problemi e spiegazione di aste!
Acquistiamo spesso anche all’estero grazie all’efficienza del personale.
Bisogna seguire bene a quali aste partecipare ma una volta preso il via non si lascia più!

Rifiuto di ritirare un auto perche non era stato scritto che era con motore danneggiato, secondo loro visto che ha 300000km dovevo capirlo da solo.
Altri siti sono piu serii, e nella descrizioni scrivono gia motore danneggiato o altro
