Your staff listened to my request which was not easy as I wanted to buy matched blue John earrings with a necklace I already had but they acted on it and got it absolutely right!

Jam and Michelle were very helpful in supporting me with a jewellery repair. The effort made by them enabled me to make a choice that resulted in a repair that I was extremely pleased with and a piece of jewellery I am thrilled to be able to wear. Thank you.

What can I say. Avanti Jewellers and especially Dawn are tremendous. I have been going to Avanti for over a year now and Dawn has always initially dealt with my husband and I. She is such a lovely, kind and caring person and nothing is too much trouble for her. Although the shop is over 2 1/2 hours from home, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my jewellery. Attended again today for Santa's gifts plus some jewellery repairs and the service was exceptional even though they were tremendously busy. Well done Dawn and all the staff at Avanti.

Made an appointment to get Rolex watch strap adjusted. Exceptional customer service and attention, definitely one of the best experiences. Job done to high standard and reasonably priced. 100% recommended and will return.

I have made a number of purchases in Avanti. After drawing me in with their gorgeous window displays I always receive excellent advice and service. They are there to pass on their knowledge so I feel confident in my purchase.

After popping into Avanti to ask about having my wedding and engagement rings enlarged for a second time, due to my hands suffering the fate of arthritis and extremely large knuckles, the lovely staff offered me a quote for the work but also showed us alternative option of an innovative new hinged ring for hands suffering just like mine. I was super impressed with this ring, but I was a bit cautious about a new ring as original wedding and engagement rings had the sentimental attachment. A further suggestion was made that I could have both my rings incorporated into a new hinged ring. They gave me a quote and we discussed the design to incorporate my gold and diamond into the new hinged ring. Dawn and Jo were very helpful and really wanted to help me. We went back into the store to finalise sizing and place the bespoke order. I was kept informed all the way through the process and when the final completion date was confirmed I was shown some pictures of the process but none of the finished ring. I was excited for the collection time to see how it had turned out but also to be able to wear my original wedding and engagement rings again, albeit in a new form. Thank you to Dawn, Jo and the goldsmith who made my beautiful ring possible. Excellent service from excellent staff.

I received excellent service throughout my search for a diamond ring. The assistant could nor have been more helpful, and the ring is beautiful.

Avanti was recommended to us, and my other half was looking to buy a watch. Dawn took the time to explain all about buying watches and the pricing of them. She showed us the watch seen online and made sure that it was adjusted to fit correctly. This was a special purchase and Dawn helped to make it feel that way, even giving me a gift bag so that we both had something to take with us. Thank you Dawn and Avanti.

What an amazing jewellers! My partner and I were on the hunt for our wedding rings and ideally didn’t want to go to a high street jewellers. After some research, we came across Avanti and loved the look of their products online.

They absolutely did not disappoint- our first meeting with Dawn was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and used her expertise to help find our perfect rings. We tried lots of different styles and sizes and nothing was too much trouble. She took her time and helped us keep within budget.
The rings arrived quickly and the constant communication between appointments was great.

I had the pleasure of meeting two super ladies who are part of a very dedicated team of people who went above and beyond what I expected for a turnkey service. A big shout out to Dawn and Jo who both had a huge wealth of experience and expertise that made a bespoke jewellery challenge absolutely trouble-free.
I entered the shop knowing roughly what I wanted but not having a clue on how difficult it would be or how it could be delivered – especially in the short timescales I had left.
The challenge was for two bespoke rings engraved with specialist characters and inset diamonds for a special family occasion.
Dawn went through the design process with me in great detail, working out the logistics of all the different supplier processes to suit my timeframe and proposed laser engraving for the characters which would have more definition on a small band width.
Jo, amongst her other skills, was the diamond expert who selected the right product to suit the style of ring. Many other challenges were raised by me and true to form, the team at Avanti’s along with the expertise of their master goldsmith, sorted everything - even bringing the finished articles in two weeks ahead of the date required. The quality was amazing. They took what I had as an idea and turned it into a reality!
I would highly recommend Avanti for any piece of bespoke fine jewellery you may want. A refreshing experience of pure customer service.

Excellent service from Alan and the team. Very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. Good value for money having compared on the web. Really worth visiting to see the jewellery first hand and talk to the team who are very knowledgeable. In house workshop which meant I was also able to get my own jewellery cleaned and polished.
