Normally efficient, but…
Normally efficient, this time , first they have introduced a “ double check” by email which delays the process further then they seem to have lost the order as my order was “ reprinted” after two phone calls to enquire where the delivery was.

Disappointed in their service
Disappointed in their service. I ordered some personalised stickers over the weekend and accidentally ordered the wrong size which I noticed after approving design. I emailed them straight away to cancel the order they were not in production over the weekend so email was sent with plenty of time. And due to them not picking up the email in time it has now gone through to production.
Felt they haven’t really tried to assist on any sort of way to stop this from going through their system. From a customer perspective really poor service I won’t be using them again.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I can completely appreciate how frustrating it must be to realise an error has been made on an order, contact us straight away to try and correct it, and then find that the order has progressed to production before your request could be actioned.
While we were unable to stop the order once it entered production, I understand your concern that more could have been done to help, particularly as your cancellation request was submitted before our team returned and before production was due to begin.
We never want our customers to feel unsupported, and I'm sorry that on this occasion we have left that impression. Your feedback has been noted and will be passed on for review as we continue to look for ways to improve the customer experience.

The product was good but the delivery…
The product was good but the delivery service was not. Waited in ail day first day then that was cancelled next day promised end of day and although we were in pushed through the letter box which damaged the cardboard packaging but fortunately not the labels.
