TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Experience not going well so far! Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within 2 days, chasing it up 9 days later! Customer service is radio silent and looking like I am going to have to place an order with a nother company - Won't be using them again!
Update - The order turned up 19 days late and was delivered to another company in my building, not us. I spoke to customer services on numerous occasions, like the response to this review they have left, was just AI, so really unpersonal, and they refused to let me return the order that was late even though I'd explained it was time sensitive and I'd had to place another order in the meantime. They said I would be refunded then back tracked when they said it had been delivered to somewhere in my building, so go find it!
I would have been a regular customer, nothing worse than a company not taking ownership of their mistakes and making the customer pay when their own internal processes go wrong.

Incorrect Shipping Notifications
Order was shipped separately with incorrect notifications making it difficult to plan.
When calling the helpline they blamed the Ops team. Apparently simple labelling takes 3-4 days more text takes 14 days.
Email notifications still say the fulfilment is complete but nothing has arrived.

I appreciate that receiving multiple deliveries and differing notifications can be confusing. However, your order contained two different product types: sheet labels and roll labels. At the time of ordering, the expected lead times for each product are displayed, and the roll labels have a longer production timeframe due to the different manufacturing processes involved.
As these products are produced using different equipment and at separate production sites, they are dispatched independently and will therefore arrive in separate packages.
Having reviewed your order, both items were manufactured and delivered within the timescales advised at the point of purchase. We apologise if the delivery notifications caused any uncertainty regarding the status of your order and appreciate your feedback on how this information could be communicated more clearly.
I have ordered waterproof labels for my face oil bottles
I have ordered waterproof labels for my oils bottles several times now. I had tried other companies but Avery are far the best. They are a little more expensive and I was trying to cut costs, however their design templates are so good and easy to navigate, and the website didn’t glitch and was super smooth. When the labels arrived they were such great quality and arrived very quickly. I will keep using them.
