Very thorough and thoughtful review of operating agreement that required serious editing. Went line by line with constructive criticism, taking consideration of both current and future problems that could arise if the agreement isn't crafted in a sound manner.

It Took days to get to speak to someone as there was no one in my area, And when i picked someone in another area under the topic choices they were definitely not the right person, what they should have done was got off the phone so i could get someone closer to what I needed, but they spent almost the whole time getting up to speed on my specific situation then telling me they were not the best person. She was very friendly but i was not in need of friendly.

Same advice you would get from any attorney, but a very minor investment to make sure of your next move or decision. I would do it again.
