I ordered items for my wedding in 2 weeks time which have been paid for but not delivered, no one answers the phone or replies to emails. I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service... Toon meer

Did not receive my order

Took my money but I Did not receive my order, website is down and phone number not recognised, also email I sent them has been returned as not delivered. something not right with this company and I’ve now got the hassel of trying to get my money back

Zero customer service and poor processes

I really can’t believe the reviews on here as this has not been my experience.
We ordered a standard order on 8 September and started chasing it up after 5 days as the website states 2-5 working days for delivery for standard orders. It’s impossible for o get through to anything other than reception who take a message and pass it on. We’ve never once had a call back. Yesterday after a total of 4 phone calls we finally got an e il update stating the items outstanding should arrive done the supplier back end of next week (which by me calculation will takes us to circa 22 days or so so reach us). And another item is no longer manufactured. No reference as to refunding us any money despite having charged us already for items we done have and will never have.

Have cancelled the order now as 22 days for something we should have had in 5 takes us way beyond our wedding date. Let’s see how long the refund takes to process. This company seriously needs to look at its internal processes and the impact on customer service.

I am sorry to see your review. I understand your frustration however we do need to ensure the correct details are provided. Your order was received on the 8th and goods immediately set aside for you. You called us twice yesterday having spoken to reception and checking our call log, to which we responded to same day. One of the items you ordered was discontinued, which we informed you about and told you immediately that a refund is processed for this item. We also informed you that we were short of 8 items out of 40 to complete your order which would be arriving next week. We apologised for the delay and asked you to get back in touch if your had any questions etc in the meantime. You were not required to wait and free to request a cancellation at any point to which we refund immediately.

You have also been informed this morning, prior to this review from yourself, that a full refund and cancellation has been completed. We did this immediately upon request.

Again, my apologies for any disappointment, you are clearly frustrated however it was made clear to you in our communications that we responded the same day to your call and any emails, and also provided you with an immediate refund which is our standard customer service. As you will see from our other customers, we do take our customer service seriously and aim to provide a service of the highest standard. I am sorry to hear you felt this was not met on this occasion. Should you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch with me again.

Love this company.

Love this company.
The staff are always so friendly and polite.
The website is easy to navigate and order.
Tje prices and quality are excellent.
And delivery is fast.
I ordered some things that were out of stock.
They knew exactly when they were coming in and gave me an expected delivery date on which my items we deliverd.
Great comapny.
Highly recommended.

Great website

I ordered some lovely table name place cards which I haven't seen anywhere else and was delighted when they arrived. The website is great if you want to find something a little different from usual. They were delivered very quickly and in a box packaged very well. All in all I was very pleased with my order 🤗

I came across A Wedding Less Ordinary when I was buying props for my wedding later this year. I not only loved the super feminine website but I also fell in love with their unique products too.
