The are the worst in town one of their ride will you and will tell you that you order will be delivered around xyz time plz be available but he never came and if you tried to call him back he will block you

I liked the company but the management was not good. It has hardcore politics and doesn't support sincere staff.
Poor incentives structure and even after you deserve the incentive they tell fake reason to stop the incentive. No support from higher management and everyone just thinking about themselves that why such a good company had to face such bad situation.

Worst service.. not even proper message reply.. waste of time.. not even worth for single star

The delivery was expected today and they didn’t even call they send a whatsapp message that i wasn’t reachable while they were lying and not even excusing for it

i bought a phone from axiom few weeks a go did not like it much so i went for a retail and to get another phone they dropped the price to the half and refused to give any raise ..i went to another shop they cut only few hundreds from the whole price ... the employees are really rude and said yes that is natural we will cut that much of the price 😒

Worse service ever !!!!! They never pick up and if they do they tell you we will call back and never do!! Took my phone for repair and it took them 10 days to give me a response !! I had to constantly keep calling to get a feedback on my phone. Horrible customer service. No wonder many of their stored closed in Dubai. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Cannot experience such unprofessional behavior from such an established firm. feel like some one is playing behind to spoil their name for the competitors. they do not repair the device properly and will hide the complaint if it is expensive for them to repair and and try to put the blame like you are crazy to spent time on this phone. brands like Samsung will spoil their reputation by accepting them as authorised service center. i had a chat with them on webchat and the person named Jasim behaved like old aged fish market employee. I swear by far the worst service ever provided . they have zero honesty . zero transparency . they don't keep their promises . they have promised me 3 times to send me the phone that I ordered and till now I did not receive it .
such a horrible customer service online . they never act on any request , shut the clients up by saying that they'll consider their issue and they never do . plus there prices are higher than their competitors .

I bought online from them note 9 still under warranty and the screen start to get foggy and the camera stop working, i took it for repair they denied the warranty because of miniature dent in the corner far away from all the problem and they consider it as physical damage......the camera hardware and the foggy screen they didn't see it but the small dent became the main issue.....cheaters....never will buy from them and i will keep advising all my contacts to avoid buying their items

Axiom has established itself with Trusted name brand but the After sales service definitely needs an overhaul. They have the right infrastructure but the process and operations need to be completely reviewed for optimization, tracking and customer satisfaction. It took Axiom Care 3 weeks to fix my Moto Z2 Force after multiple followup. Another setback is the dh80 screen protection scheme they have. Every subsequent replacement is again Dh10. But if you do not return the old damaged protection sheet then you do not get the new replacement! Instead just get the tempered glass from eBay, AliExpress, etc. It is much much cost effective and perfect factory made. Axiom cuts out a flexi plastic sticker using a near perfect template that overspills the edges of the phone which starts bubbling and peeling off soon and then have these conditions also!!

I had a very bad experience with Axiom online shopping. Bought an Iphone 6 which stopped charging only after 6 months. Asked for warrenty they took my phone and brought a replacement phone after 2-3 weeks. Apple Store replaces the iphone on spot. After 4-5 months the replacement phone’s touch screen stopped working. This time I decided to visit Apple store directly while the phone still had Apple warrenty. Upon inspection at Apple store they revealed that the phone which I received from Axiom is water damaged. Apple technician also showed me the water damage trigger. I was very disapointed and decided to take the phone to Axiom for repair. The lady at the shop refused to take the phone because it had scraches on the body. How on earth scratches on body are related to thevtouch screen’s functionality. What a poor service. Never ever will buy any thing from Axiom again.

Hi , I gave my Moto E4 plus mobile for repair against warranty at Axiom care against job reference number 53101005810 by 16th Sep . today we crossed 16 working days still they did not complete the repair work and not honoured their commitment of fixing in 14 days .i am not sure when it will be done . they are just updating the customer not taking the work ahead i hope

their system is good but not honoring their commitment

i purchase samsung j7 prime 2 before one month now this cell having some software problem totally blocked i contact to axiom first thing they dont hv service branch in makkah city i went jeddah and submit phone very bad service i wait 2 hours then after 15 days they reject my phone now my all money lost they didnot give any help plz dont purchase axiom insurance for more info please call 00966539459344 from KSA

I bought Samsung 8 plus from Axiom Telecom(Deira city Centre)UAE. They Give Full Packed Mobile Kit. They Didn’t Open the Box also . So i came to home and open the Box, the Mobile Screen was Broken. I xxxx off. so first i called axiom customer care they told me check with that showroom they will help you then i went to that showroom and explain him. first they clean the screen and they told me Screen was broken. then they sent me Axion Service centre. and they also tell me the same reason. they told-- we cant replace the mobile. if you need to change the screen you have to pay 1500extra. So Now i got New Broken Samsung S8+ Mobile (without any fault in my side) from that xxxx axiom telecom showroom. None of them Help me. and none of them resposbilty to care about my mobile.

Some Important Funny things you have to know about that Axiom Telecom Deira City Centre Retailers:

If you plan to buy mobile from this showroom they will give only Mobile.(Nothing else) as per Axiom Retailer Policy.
If you want screen card from there you have to take extra 1 year warranty from Mobile as per Axiom Retailer Policy.
If you want wireless charger from there you have to take extra 2 year warranty from Mobile as per Axiom Retailer Policy.
If you want bluetooth head set from there you have to take Insurance from Mobile as per Axiom Retailer Policy.

My Suggestion don’t buy anything from here. no one care about us. this team are safe with those side only. if you bought any thing from there plz double check the product. once you bought from there without check they didn’t tk responsiblity. there are so many other shops and good customer care team are here.
Axiom Telecom Retailers Must Learn from Other Shop Retailers. How they treat Customers ,how they Help customers. Don’t Safe in Your Side you Losers, Try to understand customers side also.
Don’t Ever Trust that Axiom Telecom Trusted Seal.
