AZscanners is an Australian specialist supplier of automotive diagnostic equipment for workshops, mobile mechanic fleets, auto electricians, dealerships and experienced DIY owners. Auto diagnostics is all we do, and that focus shapes the brands we carry and the advice we give. Our range spans OBD2 code readers and multi-system scanners through to professional bi-directional, coding and key programming platforms, alongside TPMS tools, oscilloscope kits, inspection equipment, and battery and electrical testers, chargers and jump starters, with dedicated ranges for EV, hybrid and heavy diesel. We carry leading brands including Autel, Launch, Vident, Topdon and AUtool, and are authorised distributors for major manufacturers. For more than a decade, thousands of Australian customers have relied on AZscanners to get the recommendation right the first time and to stand behind it long after the sale.

CHINESE DROP SHIPPERS
Paid extra for Express delivery...2 weeks later am still being told lies...From the tracking details and change of tracking number, AZ Scanners simply drop ship from China, it appears they do NOT hold stock in Australia. Have cancelled the order, let's see how long it takes for a refund.

They do NOT support their products
They do NOT support their products.
Purchased a heavy vehicle scanner running Android version 14 in July 2024. Now gone to android 15 they now say they do not support or sell that product any more. No refund for it, no entertainment of any solution other than for them to try to sell another new product that they will no doubt not support in 12 months.
They are clearly not interested in the longevity of business, they are just happy to sell cheap products for a quick cash grab and leave any issues to the use.
Disgusting business. Do NOT use.

DPF regen tool
Very fast delivery.
I got it for a DPF regeneration. Although it didn’t work, I managed to trick the computer into thinking it had a new DPF and now the fault is gone. I can now drive my car and I know this issue isn’t their fault hence the reason I am giving them 5 stars
