I had a very large order and i just sent over the spread sheet and art work and they put the whole order together. Turn around was a week. Great service, great quality for the price.

October-April: Every time I’ve visited the shop or rung them, all the staff have been so helpful. This has been so appreciated as it’s the first time I’ve embarked on a task to organise new club shirts.

We required an order of custom neck scarves for a company event, with international shipping. Everyone and Brand ID was helpful in ensuring our order was completed without issue, and the customisations were of high quality.

Really pleased with my order from Brand Identity. The beanies and hat came out exactly how I wanted — the quality is excellent and the logo work looks clean, sharp, and professionally done. You can tell they pay attention to detail.
Communication was great throughout and everything was handled smoothly from ordering to delivery. It’s not always easy finding a company that delivers both quality and reliability, but these guys absolutely do.

My 2nd order as click and collect so easy to use. I had a few issues with logging into my account my fault used 2 different email address but Charmaine was straight on the phone helping me and has stayed in contact with my order. Very impressed.
