Avoid this company
I ordered on the 27th of April 2023 I got an email confirmation but no tracking details and no product arrived so I emailed them and no reply I had to get on to advice.Scot consumer rights eventually I got a reply on the 2nd of may saying and that they would send out a surprise as the item I ordered was no longer in stock and that didn’t come until the 30th of may 2023

Horrible experience cheap products
You say on your website you are number one in the Uk. You are not number one. Baby and me doesn't produce your own blankets and baby things. Sarah Ingham buys these blankets from other companies like Ali Baba and resells them. Sarah then sells them overpriced .Go to Primark they have better products for cheaper. What a waste of money .poor customer service and you wait forever for your merchandise .
