We had a mixed experience with using BackersInfo. While they were initially prompt in contact and formulating stock content based on supplied materials, there were some issues and breakdowns along the way. For instance, some of the email blasts we had paid for ultimately did not get sent out. I think that a better degree of transparency and open view of the numbers and timelines would help BackersInfo in the future to instill confidence in clients. That said, BackersInfo is very concerned with customer satisfaction, and when it came to light that they did fulfill all of their agreed to services, they offered us a partial 40% refund. While things did not turn out quite how we had hoped, I think that most people can do business with BackersInfo with confidence in knowing that they do genuinely care. I don't know whether we will try using them again in the future, but we have not ruled it out.

Speed, accuracy and responsiveness are critical elements when working under time pressure to develop a comprehensive Kickstarter page for an important crowdfunding campaign and Backersinfo came through for us, working diligently and quickly to meet our pressing deadline, staying on top of multiple simultaneous quick edits and completing the necessary graphic developments and changes in record time.

So far the staff at backersinfo have been prompt in reaching out as well as responding. They also take initiative in updating your campaign profiles, generated graphics, etc (after approval). It is refreshing to find a company with this type of service! They have just started contacting their database of backers so hopefully all of this hard work (their team and ours) will get a successful crowd funding campaign - 30 days to go!!!!

Backersinfo placed a lot of time and effort into our campaign and really targetted several different platforms. They reached out with PR to news sites, created social media campaigns, and email campaigns. All avenues were carefully considered, and proof of work was provided with several different spreadsheets. The project managers are highly responsive and personable - truly willing to work with you side by side to help your campaign.

There were a few points that could have been better - the timing of the different methods could have been earlier in the campaign, rather than evenly spread out and some efforts done at the end of the campaign. If more was done right away at the start, there would have been a better chance of backers considering the project. Also, many of the campaigns were edited to add a more personable and error-free touch. Though Backersinfo includes a good starting point/template, there would be much work to be done on the client's part to perfect the outreach efforts so that backers consider the project.

BackersInfo business expertise, know-how and experience require a lot of awareness and attention. I will hire them again on the next crowdfunding campaign.

I've been working with Backersinfo for just over 2 weeks now. They were very quick to get started. Have stayed in touch with me during the process. They have been very good about sending out emails to "super backers", sending tweets, and posting in social media groups. They feel very confidant that they can help us reach our goal which is to get 12 more backers on our boards. So far- we have received one backer hence the 4 star review. I am hoping to send an additional review post our kickstarter campaign to give an update on the final follow through. I will for sure give 5 stars once we hit our funding goal!

If you're going to run a successful crowdfunding campaign, you really need to have some sort of social media following and do a pre-campaign work.
I didn't have either of those things, so I knew my campaign would be an uphill battle. And I didn't have a ton of money to throw at marketing.
So, although my campaign was ultimately unsuccessful, I did see measurable results from Backersinfo efforts. Several of my backers from Backersinfo efforts actually reached out to me because they loved my project and those connections may lead to further collaboration/business opportunities.
So, definitely worth a shot.

"rotary analogue watch, digital quartz technology" is the name of the project launched and in 36 hours time we had surpassed our first quantity target sales. the efforts placed by jim in marketing strategy and layout of the pages is very professional indeed. 5 stars for this.

Tim was great to work with on my Indiegogo campaign for "How To Be a GIRL!". The process was quick and easy and communication was wonderful! I was impressed by his professionalism and I'd love to work together again!

They respond quickly, that means we don't need to waste time in communicating.
Also, they work efficiently, just a few emails then confirmed the posts, email, photos so we can start the marketing in just a few hours.

I paid for the basic package with Tims and his team. They managed to tweet 2 posts for me to help push my Crowdfunder Campaign. I did not see any follow up from those posts and no contact was made after these first two posts. Sad really as I was hoping for some help with getting the word out there for my campaign.
Would not recommend.

Hi they worked with me on my Super Pop Snacks Kickstarter campaign. Tim was very reliable and communication was great. We did receive super backer pledges and hope to get fully funded with 6 days left!

I started my project called "Natural and Artificial" on Indiegogo, when I chose Backersinfo from several other companies.
I liked their informative website, detailed plans with great prices and the timeline, how they will manage the campaign.
