This has been a great improvement for my back. I was having a lot of pain (sciatica/piriformis tightness) sitting in a wooden chair for work, and there has been an immediate improvement. I still have to remind myself to alternate standing and sitting, but I will recommend this device to anyone with a sedentary job.

I have been using Back Joy for perhaps 10 yrs. i use it everywhere. I take it everywhere, onto planes, weddings, business, the car, in the car, & the hobby cat when on vacation. I have a hook on my purse & on my airplane carryon. Without it my back hurts within 10 minutes of sitting. With it i am fine on a 10 hr cramped flight. I have given a number away to people.
When i get on a hobbycat i tie a 4 foot rope on my Back Joy & attach it to the centre of the hobbycat. That way i can switch sides easily, without risking loosing it. I started that after a very painful backache when we couldnt get back to shore easily.

My wife, who I bought it for, likes the new model. We bought one numerous years ago, and she rode thousands of miles utilizing it. It was coming apart, so instead of gluing it back together, I bought another one.

This is our third order from BackJoy and they are great. Never a problem r issue. updated on shipping progress without having to ask. Everything you would expect from a great company. As for the products well like I said this is the third time we have ordered and forth product we have purchased.

I use the cushions while driving for added comfort.

I spoke with an agent who recommended a model that is way to large for me. I swim in it and receive no back support.

I continue to rely on BackJoy for both great products and customer service. My back definitely appreciates it.

I ordered the BackJoy because I have a friend who has one and likes it. I tried it not a good fit for me because my back issues must be different than most. I unfortunately had to return it and their customer service was top notch at helping me. I was sad it didn't work for me but my friend loves hers and highly recommends it.

I'm afraid the BackJoy has not provided any relief from my particular lower back and hip issues. Perhaps I purchased the wrong size? I don't know how much of a difference that would make.
I am disappointed, of course. I have several relatives who use the product with great success, which is why I tried it.
The service has been very good and delivery was prompt.

I have had my backjoy for 5 years. I love it. A friend was complaining about pains. I listened and advised to get back joy. After awhile I just bought her one and had it delivered. She loves it. Can't understand why Doctors don't recommend this. You guys gave me a great quality if life back. It took a few months with stretching but I'm healthy again.

Customer service and communication was poor. Took weeks to get our order and that was only after complaining. Otherwise the product was great and works great. Would order again, hopefully service will be better.

It works. The new padded one is more comfortable than the he original one that I’ve been using for a decade.

I have lower back issues and my chiropractor recommended this product. I see no improvement in fact my back is worse.
