As a truck driver I have developed S.I. joint problems over time. So bad I could hardly sleep at night without taking ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. I have been using the backjoy for about two weeks straight now and my lower back and S.I. joint pain have drastically decreased. Im excited to see how long-term use will benefit me! Thank you backjoy!

Great product! I gave away 1 of my 3 backjoy Sit Smarts and wanted it replaced quick! My friend was having back issues so I let him have one. I have one on the living room couch, one in my bedroom recliner, and 1 in the car. They keep me from having pain in my hips when I stand up, especially getting out of a car!

I cannot explain how the shape works, but it does make sitting more comfortable and less painful.

I have been having chronic back pain. My husband has been using a similar product that is several years old, so I decided to order two new ones for us. My back pain has decreased since I have been using it. But, my husband still likes your old product better! Ha ha. He said the new product is too wide and doesn't cup him as well. Just an FYI

Good Service, Nice product

The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!

Would be 5 stars if the cushions had worked, but my husband did not like them. Consequently I had to return them and called your Customer Service, who could not locate my order by the Order number on my
Paperwork from you. They told me to go online and process the return authorization request. Thought that was odd that they could not or would not help over the phone. I went online and the Order number was requested, which I inserted several times and repeatedly got an error message. Finally, I decided to use the Purchase Order number where “Order Number” is requested and it worked. Please correct this in your system AND educate your Customer Service team of this correction. A simple issue should not have been a problem.

Don't order from their website if you live in Canada. They don't have it in Canadian prices and I had to pay an extra $25 in duty since they classified it as furniture on the packaging.

I have returned to Backjoy as it helped me on the past. Purchased one for the car & one for the office.

Great customer service! I made a mistake on my order. Called BackJoy up a day later and they straightened everything up. No hassles or waiting. Shipped just as fast.

Since I have a weak back, I initially tried the cushion at the Good Feet store but didn't buy it there. They marked up the price more than Amazon and the BackJoy websites. I bought two BackJoy seat cushions. One for my car and the other for home and travel. Very good product.

I use the core one. I will start off with that I have been using backjoy for over 10 years and it definitely helps me with the relief of sitting too long. I use it in my car more than any place else. When you start off using it the first thing you must know and I believe that the company should add this in the explaining the product that you have to give it at least 3 months for it to help. The reason for this is because our body has been so used to sitting incorrectly that in the beginning it is VERY uncomfortable and seems like it is not working but once your body gets used to using it you will not want to go without. I am not getting paid for this and do not want you to believe that the company put me up to it. I had an emergency in MN and had to drive which I drove for 15 hours and every time I got out of the car to stretch in was not walking like I was stiff, it helped the whole way. I had taken my mother who is 70 on a road trip to Florida driving from Massachusetts, and bought her one, explained to her before our trip to use the backjoy in the house so her body and her can get use to it. Well she did not listen but did use it on our road trip. She was uncomfortable that she thought because her back was lining up, she then removed it and when we stopped after her using it for about 7 hrs and not using it for about 2 hrs when it was time to get out the car for a break she could not move because her body got stiff not because of the product now it was because she was lining up her back and hips correctly. She got out the car and walked 🚶‍♀️ around and after that she say ok help me with this stupid thing, I guess it works, funny not funny. So the rest of our journey she used it, thank God because I didn't hear her complain anymore how uncomfortable she was in the car. 🤣
So the only thing I really am saying is to give the product the proper time to work, by the way I have discomfort in my back and I use this all the time in the car. I nake with out it, I have bought 2 for myself, so I am comfortable at my desk job. Thank you for reading my post but please this company did not have me do this I wanted to help for the people who don't understand what happens to our body in the beginning of using this product. Give it some time and you will not want to go without it. Thank you again ❤️🙏💚
