Unfortunately l couldn't exchange my goods or get a refund two local stores Harlow and Freeport are no longer trading. I'm now stuck with faulty goods, also l can not find a Customer Service number or email address.

Worst experience ever. I have order to 2 cabin suitcases and only received one. Tried to contact company many times, been transferred to another company and they didn't know what to do, but finally a day later they came back to me that only one way to get my suitcase is to collect it myself from their warehouse! Bags ETC are you having a laugh? First of all I paid for delivery and is not my fault that you only send me half of my order.
Also emailed customer service on two separate emails, but haven't heard from them yet.

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I was sent the wrong sized bag and needed to exchange it before my trip, but not only did I not get the right bag sent in time, but I only got my refund nearly FOUR MONTHS LATER... Yes, you read that right.

It took them nearly four months to collect the bag and when they did, they didn't refund me the money. I highly recommend going with someone else who can provide a better service, specially if you are travelling soon and need an effective service.

I ordered a suitcase from the website and checked out as a guest. I then realised that I put my home address for delivery rather than my work. As I didn't have an account there seemed to be no way of changing this.
I therefore emailed their customer service team and had a very fast response. Holly was not only polite and friendly but she ensured that the address was changed for and (proactively) made sure that I was happy with everything else. Absolutely brilliant customer service and fast dispatch for the item ordered.

My husband bought me a beautiful set of suitcases for Christmas two years ago. Unfortunately, one of the wheels on one of the suitcases siezed-up. The case, part of a set, had a 10 year warranty and the larger case was fine. I emailed 'it' luggage with a copy of my receipt and they directed my query to Bags Etc., where they were purchased from. When they couldn't find a replacement wheel, I was sent a replacement case (of my choosing, to the original purchase value) instead. Sadly not the same style by this point, but excellent customer service from Holly nonetheless. Would recommend. Thank you!

I had a manufacturing fault with my case that got delivered from Bags ETC and I could not fault the customer service.
After emailing to arrange a new delivery & collection for my original case to be taken back, one of the advisors Luke T emailed back within minutes and quickly solved my problem.
Luke also suggested my case could be collected from my shed which saved loads of time and hassle as I can be out of the house from regular periods throughout the day.
I have to say this is the fastest customer service I have ever received, as well as being very nice & polite making me want to buy from the company again.
I cannot wait for my new case to arrive.

Walked into your Clacton store today with my husband to get a very warm welcome from the two young girls who automatically stopped their tasks to welcome us into the shop.
After being given some time to have a look around one of the girls came over to tell us about the promotion and ask if we needed help. After the different styles etc being explained to us we happily walked away with two cases.
It was so lovely to walk into a store with such a lovely atmosphere. Not only was the shop spotless and neatly organised, the positive energy made you want to smile yourself. This really has gone to show that customer service is still there in some shops and you are going to receive it with these two girls there! Thank you again domo. Two very happy customers and will be returning with no doubt!
