I’ve been contemplating a Bailey of Sheffield bracelet for some time, and spoke to them to get more information to assist my decision. They always replied quickly, even into the evening. I ultimately decided to purchase as a birthday gift from my wife to myself. The process was easy, email confirmation that I had followed the guides was quick to come though and updates on progress of my order followed. My order arrived sooner than their estimated date. Really nice quality bracelet. I liked that they checked the final measurements and design with me before production. My design was faithfully engraved on the charm.

No detail was left to chance, phone calls for clarification on image, suggestions given, offer of delivery abroad as a present haven't seen it yet but gift wrapping looks great. cant fault the process. just looking forward to the result.
