Fantastic service and beautiful product! I bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband and Adele and team went above and beyond helping me with the order process and even hand delivering the bracelet to me so it would arrive in time! My husband loves the bracelet and charms and it fits perfectly. Thank you Bailey of Sheffield, I will absolutely be ordering more charms to add to my husbands collection!

This is the 3rd Bailey bracelet I have bought for the men in my family. The quality is very good. I've had them all personalized for each person. Which has been easy to do. I've called for advice too and had the most lovely lady in the office who has given good advice and great customer service, Nothing being too much trouble. I have even had the same lady deliver one because it would not have arrived in time for the occasion. I really can't recommend them enough. The icing on the cake is that they are made in Sheffield too. Great to support local business.
