Adele and Scott and their team have the best customer service I have ever come across. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them,they are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The products are fantastic too.

Great craftsmanship

Second purchase of a cable bracelet as my 1st one is now full. Ordering is simplicity in itself. Payment options are many and varied to suit the individual. Excellent communication from the staff. They raised a query with me but I understood why and it was a valid query. Upon completion of the order I was kept appraised of the progress, including postage out using a courier service that allows package tracking and a 1 hour delivery window. If you're considering this product, stop thinking and purchase. I'll be amazed if you're not completely satisfied.

Absolutely superb bracelets. Fabulous quality, my husband loves it. Beautifully constructed and pretty much indestructible! However, it should be treasured and looked after, because it is all that is quality about British craftsmanship, which makes me proud to be British.

I was introduced to baileys by my brother who had a bracelet from them with personal beads on it.
I chose the stainless bracelet but in error by myself, I didn’t order the correct size, with no problem at all Baileys sorted this and couldn’t have helped more.
I bought enough personal to me beads to fill the bracelet and Bailey’s fitted them all to the newly sized bracelet that looks amazing and even more so personally delivered them to my house to make sure it fitted perfectly, which it does and I am over the moon with it.
Adele and the team are simply superb and the quality of every item they sell is simply second to none.
I would recommend baileys to anyone !
