Alex was super helpful with getting the bike set up and explaining how everything worked with suspension adjustment, the motor etc. being my 1st EMTB bike. Would definitely come back here again.

Cable replacement
I had my front gear cable replaced. The job was completed quickly and they charged me the standard £20 for service and £6 for the cable.

My last experience with your waterloo…
My last experience with your waterloo branch was a great experience both reception and technicians especially the guy that called me up on a Sunday to tell me what was wrong with my bike in which when he told me the price! admittedly I threw a wobbly regarding the price and then he went though the procedure of explaining both the reason and the parts needed to get my bike back to its rightful condition so I then gave the go a head to service my bike in which performs even better when I first purchased it ;)

Outstanding Service Across Every Branch
Cannot recommend Balfe’s Bikes highly enough. The shop and workshop teams are consistently excellent—helpful, responsive, and quick. I’ve used several branches (Chiswick, Hackney, Waterloo, and Westbourne Grove), and every time the experience has been great. Whether it’s buying or servicing a bike, I don’t see myself going anywhere else.
