Great discount rates (they really do give a better rate for government credit cards). Outstanding customer service and follow-up! BAMS is my 4th credit card processor over 15 years and is by far the best!

I’ve had two other merchants throughout my career, starting with one that I got by default from the software I use for my business – I switched to another one many years later because it had much better rates –

I thought it was normal to have next to zero customer service in this industry until discovering BAMS-

Few things I love: 1) their reports both online and in the mail are very transparent and readable. All previous merchants made no sense and were very confusing statements (hence why they were able to charge so much without me noticing).
2) their customer service and support. I can reach out to my rep (Shavonne) at any time, and she’s quick with responses and support. She also reaches out to me to see if I need anything every couple months or so.

I was use to going YEARS without hearing a peep from previous merchants.
3) their rates are the most competitive, they really want your business. They really want to take care of you. I may be a lifer with as I continue to grow my business with them at this point.

They also made the transition from previous merchant seamless.

Simply put...the star here is Olga! She was able to handle a situation with our account honestly while being very straight forward. She is always available and wants to help you in the best way possible! How many other Merchant Services can you say that about? She is sincere and we receive great pricing from BAMS. We will never leave! Olga is worth her weight in gold!

BAMS provided a detailed explanation of what we were currently paying for credit card processing with another company and showed the extreme savings we could have using BAMS. We've been using them for 6 months now and are extremely satisfied. Great customer service and their services have provided a significant savings.

We were with BAMS for 2 of our companies and have been very pleased. Olga was able to link both companies with one log-in for ease of viewing and answering chargebacks in a timely manner. I love the instant email notification from BAMS. So much in fact, that I convinced mgmt to switch our 2 remaining companies also to BAMS so we could have all 4 under one umbrella. Full disclosure, we just switched, so long-term I don't have experience so far. That being said, the rates we were offered were significantly lower than our previous provider, and the switch was so easy!!! I can't even begin tell you how great this team is. Olga is super responsive and gets everything done and taken care of so quickly!

Reviewed the case and and all the extensive documentation and offered to take over and handle it all in our behalf. She went above and beyond to provide 5 star customer service. BAMS has been super! Lori and Troy have been helping us with a bunch of fraud orders coming through our website. Everything from what security measures to enable in our web hosting platform and card processing site, to helping us dispute all of the chargebacks coming through. They have made this very stressful time a little less stressful. Don't think we could make it through without them.
