States on the website that the long sleeve t-shirts are true to size and to pick your usual size. I've gone and got an M, and the shirt fit like a XL - XXL lol, and it's nearly been a week since I emailed them, and still no response...

Non existent customer service. Ordered a small top, was sent a large.
No return policy. No response from advertised email.
Poor all round experience. Would never recommend or purchase again.

Bad customer service, theres no way to contact them as they dont reply. Was no update with my order for a long period of time i had to cancel.

Can I ask how do you contact this company as no customer service are replying on my email,?

Awful company! Ordered a tracksuit for my son, item arrived later than advertised which was annoying in itself, but they sent the completely wrong item, different size and colour. Wasn’t too worried initially, e-mailed them explaining with photos of my original order and the item they had sent (which was completely different) and asking to return it, no response… sent e-mails, tried web chat etc with no joy. I ended up having to raise a claim via my bank- which interestingly they responded to and disputed for months, despite the fact they couldn’t be bothered to respond to me (or multiple other customers when you check their Facebook page)
They like to give the impression of being a professional company on social media, but actually their registered business address is simply a hired self storage unit, there’s no phone number and no customer service at all so other than claiming via the bank there seems to be no way to get your issue resolved when they don’t deliver. I suspect it’s just one guy who is happy to sell items but unwilling to engage when he doesn’t deliver or makes a mistake.

I ordered size M for 3 shirts and asked to return so I can order a L they don’t respond to emails at all so if you’re looking to order make sure you go a size up as their customer service is non-existant they won’t respond to emails at all I had to give them away and order a bigger size unprofessional people who care about money only! Apart from that they have good products.

I ordered some jogging bottoms as a Christmas gift for my son. There was no reply to my first email asking when my order would be sent. I eventually received a reply apologising that it was a busy time for them assuring me my order would be shipped which it was.
When I eventually received my order the sizing was so small I contacted the company. I have now sent 5 emails requesting a return as per the instructions on their website. I have not received any reply. Avoid this company at all costs if I could give 0 stars I would.
