So far, so good with services. Jake Van Wyk is the reason we are doing business with Barcodes Inc. If you get him as your sales representative, he will take care of you.

The customer service is so helpful and polite. They are wonderful people to deal with. Will continue to purchase from them. Very reasonable prices and wonderful people!

Rob Dunn has been exceptional to assist us for our go-live for our ambulatory surgery center! We had a few unexpected needs come up at the last minute. Rob and his fast actions were able to keep us on tack for a successful, ontime implementation. We are very greatful for his swift actions!

As a new customer to Barcodes, we are extremely happy with the customer service. I chatted with Danielle Meere about inventory for a specific, hard to find item. She was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were four in stock. By the time I had obtained my company’s internal approvals and placed the order, the item had sold out and was showing as backordered! Jake Wyk is an absolute treat to work with. He's always a phone call away to answer my questions, notify me about stock, and fill out equipment orders for me. I've order about $60,000 - $70,000 worth of equipment over the last couple months, and he doesn't miss a beat. Barcodes Inc. is an extremely reliable; always getting my orders to me within a few days, a week at max. I would recommend them to any business looking to purchase equipment.
