This is the quickest I have received an item outside of Amazon, great quality bag and jacket which I use everyday. I would definitely buy from again, thank you.

I bought a bag in this store in August and received the package in Poland in just 10-15 days. Unfortunately, it wasn't the one I ordered. After I contacted the seller, they promised to send me the bag I ordered. They didn't respond for a long time, but in the end, I received it for free.

I had read multiple reviews about the brand, most of which complained about delivery times, mentioning that it took at least a month to arrive (even if you live in the UK). This didn't seem like a big deal to me, especially since I live on a different continent, so it seemed reasonable. The problem arose when more than a month passed, and I tried to contact the brand. At first, they simply gave me an update on my package, saying that it was in customs and would arrive soon. Two months passed, and the package still hadn't arrived. I tried to contact them again and offered to contact the courier and even pay customs duties (if necessary) in order to receive my package.

They simply replied, ‘Sure, I'll send you the code right now,’ and never responded again.

My recommendation is that you do not buy from this site for any reason. Instead, look for an alternative, as it is very likely that you will lose your money and the owner of the brand will not even respond to you.

i bought a bag on september 6th, still nothing, idk if i have to worry but it is wrote that it is still not shipped

Bought a bag from there website and received a completely different bag to the one in the photos of what I bought. I messaged and they replied saying this is the updated version of the bag. Surely then change the photos you are displaying for the bag as they are false? They now won’t reply and give me a refund. The bag is definetly not an upgrade of the one in the photo

Took a month to get to me even though we live in London and so does the company. Was told it would be delivered multiple times and was sent tracking links that didn’t work. Got delivered after i left the country to a block in south London and was left outside my flat and now I’m sure it has been stolen as we have crackheads coming in and out of the building stealing packages. Avoid at all costs. Super unorganised and hard to contact.

This is supposedly a london based designer and i live in london. i ordered two bags on the 29th of november and it was only delivered yesterday on the 17th of decemeber. The seller attempted to send the package to the courier around a week after the purchase but for some reason it never went anyway. I spoke to him on instagram and he said he would reattempt the delivery. I explained that i will be leaving london to travel for a month so if it wasn't delivered by the 15th of December, i would like for the order to be cancelled and refunded. He assured me it would get there.
It got delivered on the 18th of December and evri just left it outside my door. No clue what I'm going to do as it will likely be stolen and won't be there when I'm back in London. It's such a shame because i want to support independent brands but this is exactly the reason i am apprehensive as they can be so unreliable. Now i have just lost my money and the purchase. Don't BUY.

Placed an order for the waterproof messenger utility bag and never heard from the company again. Emailed to try and resolve and no response. Never received the bag I paid for.

Bought their sling backpack, the cardboard stopped working after six months….
