Excellent service and product
Very good website. A fantastic range of products. I ordered the KamadoJoe half moon cooking grate and half moon reversible cast iron griddle. The products arrived safely packed and on time.

Antwoord van BBQs 2u
Hi Scott,
Thanks for the feedback – we totally get that sizing can be frustrating.
Just to clarify, we’ve enhanced the vague S/M/L guessing game in favour of actual measurements (because let’s face it, a “medium” can mean ten different things depending on the brand). For the shirt you ordered – the Gozney Camp Matty’s World Tee – the dimensions were listed clearly on the product page: 20” wide x 29” long (Size M).
Was the shirt not true to those measurements?
As for returns, if an item isn’t faulty and just wasn’t quite right (wrong fit, colour change of heart, surprise gift, etc.), we do ask customers to cover return postage. It’s not ideal, we know – but it’s standard practice and clearly outlined on our Delivery & Returns page.
That said, we always aim to be fair. If something was genuinely off from what was described, drop us a message and we’ll sort it.
Thanks again – feedback like yours helps us improve.
Cheers,
BBQs 2u

World class customer service
Recently bought a BigJoe with a Joetisserie kit included.
Unfortunately I attached the incorrect length to the basket bracket. For the life of me I couldn’t get one screw to unscrew and after trying several suggested sensible ideas still couldn’t get the screw to shift.
Messaged with Paul at BBQs2U and was expecting to have to wait a few weeks for a part to be shipped over. “No” said Paul, “we don’t want you to have to wait, I’ll sort that and have the parts down to you”. A package was out to me that day and received with the piece I needed today.
So, so impressed with the customer service and care. Will be singing this company’s praises.
