I get so mad when I get a 30% off coupon but when I get to the counter NOT ONE THING I BUY QUALIFIES. Why bother. I am a GOLD card holder who will be looking for a different store.

I had the best customer service experience! Kudos to Felicia for making my day! I purchased 2 pieces of luggage on Nov. 23rd at a phenomenal price. I was so excited to find them and was anxious about receiving them in time for my first cruise on Dec. 16th. I received an email stating that they had shipped but then received a call the following day telling me that the luggage was not in stock. I called customer service and eventually talked to a supervisor named, Felicia. She allowed me to pick 2 pieces of luggage that were comparable to the ones I purchased and gave me the same price discount. I was very grateful for her allowing me to do that. I will continue shopping at this store online for I find the best deals and receive the best customer service! Keep up the great work! :)

Poor employees and deceptive advertising. Don be taken in by floor signs advertising they are deceptive and false

I ordered a shirt online for my daughter during back to school shopping. The shirt was a 7/8 and looks more like a small 6. Also had a hole in the under arm under the price tag which would have also made a hole when removing. The price tag should have been placed on tag of the shirt. I just kept the shirt and took a loss because it would have cost more to send back and get a refund than the shirt itself. I would not recommend shipping there, online at least. I live in Indiana so I have not had experience with the store in person.

I went to the bealls in port orange. Met this sweet girl name Jennifer. She helped me with everything I needed. Then when I went to checkout she came and checked me out!! Best trip I've had so far. Her smile and sweetness made me want to go back!! Thank you Jennifer :-)

Their online service is TERRIBLE!!!! They placed all these items for sale and NEVER EVER have them in inventory!! They end up canceling your orders days later claiming they checked every store available in FL and couldn't find the item!! My particular blip is with the Hot Kiss brand shorts!! They claim to have them all in stock but NOPE 5 orders CANCELLED!! Thank God for Ross!! Found EVERY single pair of Hot Kiss brand shorts I was looking for there and cheaper!! Bye bye Bealls you guys seriously need to get your crap together! I'm an avid online shopper and you totally lost me as a customer!! Omg and their chat support is horrible!!! They seriously need training!!

I placed an online order with Bealls on July 1st. 2017. I did not receive any acknowledgement that my order was received. I checked my email throughout the day expecting a confirmation number or some indication that my order had been received. No tracking number or confirmation number were EVER sent for this order. (And yes, I checked my spam and trash folders).
The merchandise I ordered was 50% off plus free shipping and an additional 20% off. Since we women love sales (especially one this great) I decided to place my order again on July 2nd. 2017. Within a matter of a few minutes I had the typical "thank you for your order" email. I tracked my order via the tracking number that was emailed to me.
Imagine my surprise when I received the first order I had placed! It arrived days after the second order. I called customer service and they were very sorry about my not getting confirmation on the first order but yes I will have to pay to ship the first order back. They very conveniently sent a returns form with the first order, it was not included in the second one, hummm! I appreciate the thoughtfulness because I will be using it.
In hindsight, I probably should have called before placing the second order.....lesson learned!

I have been a customer both in store and on line for many years. They usually get things right. Unfortunately, I had to report a shortage in my order to customer service. I was told on the first 2 occasions that it would be cleared up and the remainder of my order sent. My third attempt has been totally ignored. After 3 different attempts to get the remainder of my order, I have given up. I will find another favorite store to shop. If you can't depend on customer service when things go wrong, it is time to look elsewhere.

Purchased 18 shirts online for my club. I had a promo code for a discount. I was unable to enter it. I called and was told it would be processed. That was months ago. I have had many calls since and was always told it would be processed. Still no refund.

Spent 300 dollars the other day, had dropped off 250 in jewelry with a cashier, did some more shopping got to register and realized I had dropped jewelry at different register, cashier was no help in trying to get it for me I said well I just saved 250 dollars she seemed to be okay with that answer so I left with no jewelry..apparently she didn't care about the sale

My shopping experience was awesome. The store clerks went out of their way to help me with checking prices and sizes. I will definitely rate Bealls at Largo mall with. 10

I was skeptical about ordering from Bealls in Florida after reading so many bad reviews about the website, but my order shipped the exact same day a few hours after placing it, and it arrived on the scheduled delivery date! My order shipped from a Beall's store in Orange.

I also spoke to customer service via online chat and the employee, Micah, was very helpful and fast when replying! My order arrived accurately. I got jogger pants for $12 on sale after being originally $38.00 MSRP. I plan on ordering from Bealls again.

Worst customer service I've seen. We purchased a pair of sunglasses and the second time my husband put them on they broke in half. We went back to store to exchange them for the same pair. We were told we didn't have the receipt so they wouldn't do anything. All we asked was for a exact exchange we just got them two days earlier. We ask them to look up the purchase since we have a loyalty card, nope can't do that. We live here we are not tourists so we shop there all the time. No more

Placed my order and within hours and needed to cancel it. Spoke with a rep in a chat session who rudely refused to cancel my order, stating it had already been fulfilled, shipped, and my credit card had already been charged (which it hadn't). Checking my online account for any updates the next day, I noticed the status is still "payment pending approval" and my credit card still not charged. So, I chat again asking what the status of my order is and still they tell me it has been charged and shipped, but they refuse to give me any information regarding a tracking number, carrier, or estimated date of arrival. I wish I would've read the comments here first before I ordered from them. I'm wondering now if my order will even make it to me. Never again with this store. I'll shortly be contacting my credit card company if I cannot get a satisfactory response from Beall's within the next day. After reading the reviews here, it seems like some kind of scam.

The reason there are so many negative reviews for purchases online from beallsflorida.com is that when a person places a order there is no guarantee that the item is actually available. The site will take a order and if the item is not in stock the order will go in to "pending" status. There will be no email to the customer informing them of this. The person will wait and wait, and by the time they should have already received their package they will call customer service only to find out that the item is out of stock and beallsflorida.com is searching every physical store in Florida to find the item. For my case that was 7 days after I had ordered (packaged was supposed to be received in 3-5 days according to my order.) I did not call before then bc I ordered on a Friday and assumed the weekends were not counted. At the time of calling a customer service rep will inform the customer that they should give it a few more days for the stores to respond and then if they have not recieved anything to call back and customer service can see what status the order is. The customer will receive a email, according to the rep i talked to, informing them that the order is canceled if none of the physical stores reply back to the search w/ an item. I have seen others reviews saying they did not receive this email so I can not verify that info. Knowing this info, I would not order from them again. I ordered the item bc i knew the stores around me were out of stock. I assumed that an online store would not have an item available to purchase if the item was out of stock. This is regular practice w this store. If they are going to operate in this manner they should immediately inform the customer if an item is being searched for and not available. The customer could then decided for themselves if they want to try another online store instead of waiting in limbo for an item that may never come. If i can find the item elsewhere today, I will be calling to cancel my order. The item was available on 2 different sites when I placed my order but bc i live in florida i went w/ bealls...obviously that was a mistake. There was no effort my bealls to make up for this error. If they have discounted my purchase or given me coupons i would have felt better but nothing.

I was going to buy 2 pair of shoes today and had a coupon for $20 off for spending $100. Total came to $99.98 before tax. Cashier said can't give you the discount you did not spend $100 so why don't you just buy a bottle of water or something. I asked is there anything you can do and response was, No you need to spend $100. So I left and will buy shoes at Kohl's or another store. They lost a sale because they could not give me a $20.02 discount.

I absolutely love this store!! I visit it every year on my vacation. This year I had to buy a new suitcase just to get all our stuff back home. If that doesn't tell ya how much I LOVE Bealls, then your lost. As far as online purchases, so far so good. I will know more once it arrives.

I would definitely recommend Bealls to anyone.
The pricing is great and with the coupons you can save a lot. I was extremely amazed!!
