Ordered at 2pm and arrived at 8.30am the next day. Great service

Still not got my order sent email also tried ringing messages and still do don’t no if I’m getting my order in time for Christmas or not as can ye hell get through too any body😡

Ordered 6 beer glasses; did receive a delivery but only 2 glasses were packed. First reaction was saying: impossible; we shipped correctly. After that, impossible to reach customer service. Obviously they took the full payment for 6 glasses. Now they seem to have vanished from the face of the earth...

Placed an order in September with a delivery date for end of October. It is now the end of November and still no sign of my order and no response to my emails or phone calls. This was meant to be a Christmas present but I hold little hope of it arriving in time now, or at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID AT ALL COST, SCAMMERS. Ordered my machine and kegs in October 2021 and was promised by the end of November 2021 for delivery. Not turned up and do not get any response from either emails or telephone. 100% do not buy from this company, it is all scam. Just buy from BeerWulf.

I ordered and paid for goods on 24/11/21.
Email received 25/11/2021 stating goods ready for collection.

Called to collect on 26/11/2021, shop assistant had no key fir store so i could not collect my goods. I was kept waiting for 30 mins.

Shop assistant said they would deliver on 27/11/2021, guess what, no delivery.
Travelled back to shop in East Kilbride on 27/11/2021, this time she had keys of store but goods were not there. Another 30 mins.

Emailed 4 times, no response, cant call shop or contact number, phones unavailable.

Messaged on facebook 3 times and texted, still no response,
It is now 29/11/2021 and i still cant get my goods.

Next move is to contact my bank and report as a fraudulant activity.

Dont use Beershark, it looks like they do not exist anymore but still take your money.

You only delivered half my order with no notice of it. I did not know until the day the keg arrived and then I did not have enough beer for a party I had. Then when I messaged you, twice, I have had no response from you

Were p*ss poor when they started trading, they got better for a few months over summer, now they are p*ss poor again, my order arrived broken and was packed broken ! Tried for a few weeks to contact them, they never answer emails/phone etc - they have NO customer services, if things go wrong and they often do! you got no comeback ! Only way to get your money back is to put in a claim though your bank ! Just stick to Beerwulf if you want blade products !

Ordered 4 kegs, got an alert from DPD saying when to expect delivery. A couple of days passed and no sign of it, so started looking in to what had gone wrong. DPD said they hadn't got my kegs yet, went to Beershark to discover they had "partially refunded" my order. Can't get hold of them now, not responding to emails, online messages and their telephone just has an auto answer phone saying try later. Been 2 weeks trying now and not heard a thing.

Very poor customer service been waiting for my product for what seems a lifetime, quick enough to collect money ,tried to call several times no answer emailed several times no reply going to take it further.
