I have emailed to tell you one of my kegs was faulty the flow part was snapped and has no plastic red cap I would like a refund or a new keg

Avoid like the plague. Ordered a Blade with kegs. Machine arrived and is faulty, kegs were out of date. Have tried every way possible to contact them countless times, absolutely no response. They do not answer the phone nor reply to e-mails. I strongly advise to go elsewhere. You only have to check their reviews to realise they provide no customer service.

I would avoid using at all costs, same as others who have ordered the Blade machine, radio silence on phone and email...

I have started a dispute with bank to recover my money.

Also convinced, as are others that the "positive" reviews on here are in fact fake created by the company to scam people out of money.

2nd time they've not fufilled an order, sent a refund with no communication as to why.... kept me waiting over a week, poor communication

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a blade machine for end of October delivery I accept that it did say when ordering that it could take longer for delivery however I havnt had any correspondence from the company at all. They have 450 of my money and i cannot get thought to them. Hundreds of phone calls not one has been answered, 7 emails, again non answered. I have now been in touch with trading standards. Never dealt with such a terrible company.

I ordered a Blade Bundle for £450.00 for ''around the end of October'' and have had no delivery , no updates and no response to 3 emails. This lack of communication is appalling. I presume this company are still trading because of the amount of reviews linked to buying kegs.I think they are selling these end of month bundles in order for you to put your money down without any real knowledge of whether they can meet the time frame or not.This locks in the sale and prevents you going elsewhere.I want my money back but have no way of contacting them in order to do so.One thing I am sure about though is once I get a machine,whoever from, I will not be buying any kegs for it from this company no matter how cheap they are compared to their competitors....I will pay more if I have to.

I'd like to cancel my order as i paid extra to receive my Blade starter pack at the end of last month but can't get a response from BeerShark via email or telephone.
Thankfully I'm protected through my credit card.
These are a disgraceful outfit - one to be avoided at all costs.

Took my money and heard nothing since. Delivery was for end of October and still haven’t received it. I have phoned(nobody answers the phone) and emailed and heard nothing. Now I have to get my money back through my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM.

Awful way to run a company, as many got stung with a Blade machine.

End of October was my original delivery date, absolute radio silence.

Got more chance of getting in touch with Madaline McCaan than these lot.

I've ordered from Beershark a few times now and every time I've had no issue. The service is efficient - keep up the good work Beershark!

Can’t fault the arrival time but the glass with the bundle was smashed in the box. I had sent pictures of how badly packaged it was with 2 kegs and 24 cans of Guinness and a glass in the corner. As of yet No reply on why it was packed so poorly

Very impressed beer keg was a bit pricey but then again it’s an unusual beer from Greece and was really impressed with the beer mats and the lovely alpha glass that came with and very well packed aswell as super fast delivery 😎👌
