I have bought from Belazu the same type of product over a number of years and they have been consistently excellent in the quality of their product, its pricing, prompt correspondence and dispatch.

Everything was packed securely and arrived safely.

Since the site has been updated all the products I used to order, 6 different products, have disappeared, and my emails go unanswered :(
...so much for their statement "Whilst our look has become brighter and bolder and we’ve lost a couple of words from our name, nothing else has changed."

Great tasting products and prompt delivery.

Belazu always deliver promptly and give just enough updates without feeling bombarded by emails. We love the white balsamic vinegar (despite the price - I remember a bottle used to cost around a fiver) and tend to use it in most of our salad dressings.

Great website, easy to navigate. This is the only pasta my husband will eat now.

Quality products - the assorted nuts taste very nice. I've used them for cheese boards and all my guests have complimented.

One of the jars was badly broken, jagged and spilled it’s contents onto other parts of the parcel.
I emailed customer services about this and have heard nothing. I’m not very impressed by the lack of response.

Beautifully packed, excellent products.

These products are expensive but if you want quality it costs.The balsamic is so much better than many of the weak vinegar products you can buy.The basil olive oil used to be available in the supermarkets and it wasn’t bad but seems to have been discontinued so back to Belazu I have to go.
