I love Belazu I really think their products are excellent…. I am disappointed that they don’t seem to do the amazing tomato and balsamic ketchup truly the best … the products are amazing I love the oils pesto… the citrus paste is simply the best ingredient ever and I can’t imagine not using it… truffle and artichoke the list endless

Easy to order , communication is excellent and delivered within the time frame that they stated.
Of the 4 products purchased - I have only used one of them before and as a family we love it - Smoked chilli jelly - it is exactly its title , smoky, has warmth and a lovely flavour. We are looking forward to using the other 3 .
We love Belazu as a brand , frequently use their pestos and will continue to purchase their brands

Good service, quick delivery

I have used this great product for years. Despite the amazing packing one of my bottles broke in transit. This was very quickly sorted by the helpful team.

I hadn’t ordered since lockdown as I stocked up. When attempting to order again I had to re register. No problem but loyalty points have disappeared. Several emails later I got my loyalty points converted to £15 usable only at £5 a time. I loved the previous scheme where you could save your points for designated products. I needed to shop online as I can’t get Belazu tahini(the best) anywhere in my area. But there is little incentive to attract me to future shopping online with them as I can get the other products I use in supermarkets.

I loved the website, access to lovely spices and herbs and a very easy order and fast delivery ready for a new recipe. Thank you so much A**!

Very late delivery, I had chase them twice, nearly two weeks later items arrived. Products are really good quality though.

I received the wrong olives and emailed the following days about. Did not received any feedback or reply so I called. They said they would sort it out. Days later again I have not heard a word. I have emailed several times, called twice, left a voice mail, this is 10 day after I received the incorrect order. Still waiting for a resolution. Love the products and been buying for several years but abismal customer service.
