Great help, great store

Easy order, exceptionally quick response and even quicker delivery. Thank you. I’ve been a devotee of a different Melbourne store, but I will certainly keep my eye on Belfield!

I highly recommend Belfield music.

The Belfield music staff were great. I ordered a guitar online, and I had a minor issue with the tracking - the issue had nothing to do with Belfield, by the way - and the guy at Belfield assisted me and sorted out my problem, like the champ he is. The guitar is amazing, and the price was awesome.

Great service

Order was processed and shipped promptly. Arrived ahead of schedule even with a public holiday. Packaging was possibly a tad overdone but my stuff was protected.

Satisfied customer

I found the website easy to navigate and well-organised. Ordering online was simple and all purchase details were promptly forwarded. Tracking information was straightforward and my product arrived on time and without any issues. I found Belfield music to be highly competitive after searching same product online with various stores. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.
