A totally trustworthy company
I approached Bell & Company in early 2022 with a personal guarantee that had resulted in a charge on my house. This left very little leeway for negotiation.
My case administrator Luke was calm and extremely professional. Working methodically whilst always reminding me that there was no certainty he kept in regular contact by phone and email. In Autumn 2022 Bell & Company finally managed to settle with the bank for £10k plus fees on a charge of over £50k.
However the story didn’t end there. Big bank admin meant that it took another 12 months to amend the Land Registry. Even though their obligation towards me had ended, Bell & Company through Luke continued to chase the bank repeatedly until the matter was completely settled.
Luke’s diligence and hard work have made a huge difference to my life. The worry and stress of these problems are well known. I thank Luke and Bell & Company and I recommend them most highly. It is obvious that the wealth of knowledge and expertise within Bell & Company can influence even the most powerful financial organisations.

Bell & Company Saves firm and many jobs
The team at Bell & Company was absolutely fantastic and got our issue sorted incredibly expeditiously. From identifying that the statutory demand letter had significant flaw to then negotiating a settlement that, even including fees, was less than 50P on the pound, £114,000 cost us only £47,000 and will allow our firm to keep going and not have any redunancies.

Don't trust this man …
Some years ago I transferred thirty thousand pounds to the chairman so he could negotiate debt on my behalf. He stole this money. I took him to court and a county court judgement was awarded at Skipton court. He never paid me back. The above is fact.

My experience with Bell and Company
When my business called in the administrators I was left with a great deal of debt and stress. A contact of mine recommended Bell & Company as a debt management service that I had not previously considered, expecting to have to manage the situation on my own. After an initial conversation, it was clear that Bell & Company had a great deal of experience and knowledge they could apply to help me while I got back on my feet in what were uncertain times. Since then they have constantly been supportive and importantly able to negotiate acceptable deals with creditors. This meant that I could concentrate on rebuilding my life while not having to worry about anything I might receive in the post or via phone calls, everything was routed through them. I would recommend no one goes through this alone and Bell & Company make great partners who have made the whole process bearable and allowed me to sleep at night.

Huge savings and my home protected
This company really helped me out from a bad situation, I was surrounded with various debts and couldn’t see a way out never mind keep my home. They were brilliant from onboarding me as a new client right through until we settled with all my creditors. Not only did they save me a huge amount of money, they took away a lot of the stress knowing it was being dealt with professionally and by dealing with all the correspondence going through them, it was an immediate relief to say the least! I just want to thank you and the team for resolving my issue with HSBC. You negotiated on a £72K debt and settled the whole thing for around £32K including various costs. A massive saving of around £40K is in my book, a fantastic result! It has now meant that the charge the HSBC were holding on my property has been released, leaving me free to re-mortgage which is part of my long term plans.

Worst spam company on planet earth
Never used this company, and never given them my details. Have tried to opt out of the spam emails about 10 times. I have emailed them about the spam emails on multiple occasions. Be careful of giving them your details or you will never hear the end of the relentlessly daily spam emails. Have reported to the ICO on multiple occasions.
