Moto consegnata per assistenza tramite MyService, presa in carico da Benelli DJ Srl. che hanno mandato il carroattrezzi Piadena di Quaranta Elisa sas - IMA Assistance. Dopo settimane non ho ricevuto aggiornamenti e, cosa gravissima, non mi è stata comunicata l’ubicazione del motociclo. Ho dovuto inseguire telefonicamente senza ottenere risposte chiare. Gestione totalmente inadeguata.

Purchased the 502c model on October 2024 from showroom in Mumbai, India. On March 2025 the battery went dead middway home. Had to purchase locally available battery then. This new battery from brand Exide cost me INR 2500. So now the service centre says, they will refund me INR 2500. I understand the original battery comes for more than INR 10000, for which i paid when i purchased the bike!. What sort of illogical solution is this?
Worst part is, my mail goes unanswered from the customer care team. Their is no one who is taking responsibility for my grievance.

Surtout fuyez cette marque !!!

J’ai acheté cette 752S neuve en février 2021 et depuis le 1er jour de sa mise en circulation, je n’ai que des problèmes. Disques de freins voilés dès la sortie de l’usine, moto qui cale sans arrêt, démarreur hs on ne sait pas pourquoi, capteur de rapport qui affiche n’importe quoi, etc… La qualité de cette moto est plus que médiocre. Le service client est inexistant et quand on arrive à trouver une adresse à laquelle écrire, on ne répond pas ou bien complètement hors sujet. Quelle honte !!!

Ne vous laissez pas tromper par sa ligne attirante, c’est un leurre. Surtout n’achetez pas cette marque, vous le regretterez !!!

I am a true Benelli’s fan. I already had 3 Benelli shotguns and recently bought a 4th one: the U828 Beccaccia.
But what was supposed to be a great experience turned into a nightmare. The first U828 Beccaccia that was given to me had a serious issue as a plastic was stuck, like welded between the chamber and the barrel. On the phone the dealer (Roumaillac, in Bordeaux, France) said it should have been residue of a testing cartridge. But when I brought back the shotgun to the shop, the armourer said it was actually a serious quality issue and the shotgun was sent back to Benelli.
When I got back to the dealer to get my replacement shotgun, I paid particular attention to the shotgun and when looking at the butt I saw a wood grain that looked weird. The dealer said it was completely normal, but I insisted to get the butt taken apart to check. And I was right, it was not normal at all. The butt was entirely fissured and had been glued back together!!
At this point I was completely disgusted and lost all the trust I had put in the brand. Then the dealer said he was really surprised by all these issues but that he had in stock a butt and then replaced it. But this butt is not good looking at all (too clear with vertical grain) compared to the dark horizontal grain I requested. And now I’m stuck with my new shotgun with a butt that I don’t like and no more trust neither in Benelli nor in its dealers.
The quality issues I met are completely UNACCEPTABLE and this is not what you expect from Benelli.
The very least you could do is to give me a new butt with a nice dark horizontal grain so that I can finally enjoy my new gun.
