Took lessons with Steve and he was an amazing teacher. I would say firm but fair and that’s exactly what you need to pass your test. I passed first time and he was that good of a teacher I took a completely different car on the test and only had an hour to get use to it. Overall amazing instructor

I am a slightly older driver in my 30’s. By the time I found Scott in Bridgend with Bennett's my first lesson was 10 years ago and I had started and stopped with 3 other instructors. I suffer with anxiety and also consider myself to be neurodivergent so with driving in the past I always got too anxious and scared and gave up after a couple of lessons each time.

Then I met Scott and everything changed. His patience and understanding and the way he tried different things when I didn’t understand something got me in a position I never thought I’d be in - looking at booking a driving test!

I sit here writing this having just passed today. Scott put me at ease, he helped me navigate through my worries and ultimately got me believing in myself. He actually made me start to enjoy driving in my lessons, no small feat for someone who used to be scared of driving.

I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough, he is an excellent teacher and clearly very passionate about what he does.

Paul has been nothing short of astonishing! I’ve had the worst luck with my driving instructors, and went through 4 of them, before writing a very vulnerable email to Bennett’s. The lovely lady matched me up with Paul, and he was a joy from day 1. He’s been calm, collected and so understanding through it all. He’s an amazing tutor, and he’s also funny, personable and easy to talk to. As someone who struggles around strong male energy, Paul made me feel so very safe and cared for, even when things were chaotic. I can’t praise him enough, and I’m genuinely sad that our driving journey is over now that I’ve passed my test.

Mark is an incredible teacher, I had my first lesson with him back at the very begging of May, I was petrified of driving and never thought I could do it but in just 7 months he got me to the point where I passed my test - on my birthday too!
He is so easy going and made me feel comfortable and confident from the very start. Cannot recommend him enough, I will definitely miss the lessons!

My experience was good because I had a great instructor who take his time to teach me and make sure I understand everything that I need to know to pass my practical driving test so I want to say thanks to him 😊

As an ADI working for Bennetts l have found that if I have any problems Mike and Kim always do everything thing in the power to help solve problems. They have always been totally honest and upfront with me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bennetts Driving School to anyone.
I had my car break down and I had a test the following day. Mike organised a car for me at short notice ensuring that my student did hos test and managed to pass his test

Not only was the company great by sending me reminders the day before about my lesson but my instructor was so great too ! My lessons were solely based on me so I didn’t have to worry about picking any one up! I improved massively with both my driving skills but also my confidence! Passed my test first time and wasn’t even stressed!!

So, I figured I must have tired out my instructor by failing practical test twice but logging me out of my registration is a low blow even for him.

Otherwise, Bennetts Driving School did fantastic with notifications and the rest.

David mcleod was a brilliant instructor very reliable passed my test first time with no minors. He was patient and always helped whenever I had any trouble.

I had a fantastic experience, Ashley is a fantastic instructor. Thank you for everything.

My daughter passed with Mark Trotman. She found him herself, she started her lessons and it wasn’t long before she started telling me she was ready for test. Mark was good at building her confidence and explaining what she needed to do.
22hrs and a pass first time! Super impressed!

My daughter as only had 3 lessons so far but is loving learning to drive. She likes her driving instructor he is friendly and my daughter really feels she learns something every lesson and is progressing very well. Would difiently recommend Bennett's to a friend.

I just don't like how some of the instructors are

I'm really glad that i passed first time with David from Coventry, very calm and chill instructor, recapped everything needed for the exam and also performed a mock test which helped a lot to identify where i was weak at. Thank you very much David for your time and i would recommend you to many people. Best instructor for sure 👊
