It has been 24 days since I placed my order, everything that I ordered stated it was in stock, and I have not received it yet. I got an email to reply to stating that I should contact them about my order. I got no reply back when I emailed. I tried calling and on the 4th time I was able to talk to some who told me that they were pulling the stuff off the shelves and should be shipped out soon, I went to the website to look at my order and it still says it is processing. I understand with the C-Virus that people are prepping and orders are high, but I did not order a whole lot. It is what it is. I probably will order from them again the first time I ordered from them were when things were calm and I got my order pretty quickly.

I've been buying from Emergency Essentials for many years, and I've always been very happy! Their products are of excellent quality, the prices are good, and the customer service is fantastic!

Great other than delay in shipping due to increase in demand.

In this day and age I am not used to having to wait a couple of weeks before receiving delivery of something I ordered online. I also think the problem was that the website only showed "processing" for about 2 weeks straight before someone was able to email me regarding the delay right before they manages to ship it out. But once I got my shipment, the quality of the products received was great. I would buy from them again in the future!

Order was simple and easy. Normally I’ve got it in a few days but this time a couple thing must have been out of stock. They promptly sent email telling me it was delayed and then got email it was on the way!! Great customer service!

One of my buckets was dented in on three sides and the orange lid had been cut in one place. The box was still sealed so I am unsure what happened. I don't know if I need to open the bucket to inspect or just take my chances and leave it alone.

I received only part of my order. There was no packing slip whatever. I submitted a ticket. No response. I called. No answer. I reached someone by chat and got no satisfaction. I submitted a ticket to cancel my order and return what I had. I left a message to cancel my order. No response. I got an email from one of my tickets and sent a reply with two pictures attached. No response yet. Your company seems to be unable to manage the inventory, the website, or the shipping.

I've been pleased with the selection of products available from Emergency Essentials. On the occasions I've had questions, the responses were timely and complete.

Perfect no problems

It’s been two weeks since I placed my order. No correspondence to indicate a shipping delay. Called and spoke with customer service who said it would ship last week. Still haven’t received my items and no follow up from the company. Horrible experience and terrible communication from company. Shop somewhere else!

I had a large order; two if the buckets were open when they arrived, resulting in a loss of over $140 on my part. I left a voicemail message and also put in a written claim online, and never received a response. I understand that they are very busy right now, but it would have been nice to have st least been acknowledged.

I placed an order back in January and I've yet to receive it. The website listed all products as in stock (vs other products that were sold out), but after a week with no email confirming my order had been shipped, i checked my account online and saw it was still "processing." I followed up by email and was given a shipping date in mid-Feb. That date came and when, and I had to follow up again. I was then told (by email) that the other parts of the order were now no longer available and the new shipment date is late Feb.

I understand that they are swamped right now, but the lack of transparency / proactive communication with customers leaves a lot to be desired. That said, I did call their 800 line and the person I spoke with was pleasant - even if he could not provide an actual shipping date.

Altogether, a very disappointing experience so far. I'll post again, if I do receive my order.

It took an extremely long time to have my order shipped, especially when it was listed as "In Stock".

Ordering and receiving my shipment was super simple. Even with a run on emergency Preparedness items such as food due to COVID-19, my shipment arrived quickly. Customer service was the best. Now I cannot wait to dig into my packages! Thank you Emergency Essentials - you rock.

The items I purchased came very quickly and were professionally packaged. The kit that I purchased was very well put together and very high quality components. Definitely would recommend and will purchase again.

After I ordered the "special of the day", supplies were in shortage. The company sent me several emails to let me know the progress of my order. They were very concerned and informative. They delay was just a few more days. It was not a problem. I was very appreciative of their concern to notify me of the delay WELL IN ADVANCE. I will definitely continue to order from Emergency Essentials!!!

The shopping experience was, as always, smooth and with lots of communication from the vendor. The product itself was surprisingly perfect. Not surprising because I expected less from Emergency Essentials, but because other vendors have struggled to provide what Emergency Essentials did on the very first try. So I am very pleased. The packaged food I ordered has arrived from other vendors damaged (not airtight, which means worthless) on my last several attempts. But Emergency Essentials sent 10 out of 10 in airtight, pristine condition. THANK YOU. Such a hassle with other vendors.

I can always find the food storage items that I need, and the service is fast.

Good experience. Would use again!

Got these delicious beans quickly and put them into my survival inventory. Of course I had to keep one out to enjoy now.
