Have had good experiences in past but this last order is one of the worst experiences I have had ever after emails several phone calls to answer I have still not got my money back they sold me products they didn’t have and have not returned my money !

EE continually puts things on sale but then do not have sufficient inventory to cover the sale. When I e-mail customer service, I very rarely get a response. Forced to call. Totally frustrating.

Love the products of Mountain House and your customer service!

My order arrived with my freeze dried food and a steripen. I haven't tried any of the food nor have I used the pen. But everything is worth the money in a time of crisis. Thanks!

Even though my delivery was delayed, email messages kept me informed. I have never been disappointed with your service.

Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.

When I placed my order there was no indication of items not available. Also there is a delay in my order.

Put in an order, have received multiple emails saying it is going to be late. Then they sent an email asking me how I wanted to proceed with it being late which I responded to & now they are no longer communicating with me. Had always had good service before this. But at this point they should either give me a date when the order will be shipped or refund my money.

Emergency Essential website is awesome. Many different categories to browse, and search is easy too. Lots of product information and articles on being prepared and recipe suggestions! I have worked with customer service people in past, very knowledgeable about products and willing to make amends for the rare incident something doesn't arrive as promised. Like too that I receive emails about my order.

First time ordering and after three weeks of waiting I stil have no order and no response to my several emails or tickets I created.
Be Prepared is their website but they obviously aren't prepared themselves.
Sorry, but I can't recommend this company. If I don't get order soon, I'm going to cancel. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Other companies I have putchased from after this one has already sent me my purchases.
Be Prepared is a joke.

Ordered items during peak time. I get it, you're busy. Some items in my package are no longer available. Not an issue. Your email says, we can substitute, respond to this email. 5-days later and I've sent 2 emails with no response. That's not ok.

Immediately accepted payment.
A week to acknowledge order.
Another week to relay they don't have the product.
Will NEVER answer phone--(business hours)
How is this even a business?

This is a great service to get more than just basics. Meals are more tasty and and a greater varity

Have not received my order yet. My frustration stems from optics. A slight delay notice when placing the order does not equate to the now projected 4.5 weeks! I get current market constraints, but perhaps you shouldn’t have combined that with a major sale. It makes the company look greedy. Sad, but that is how I currently view the situation.

I have been buying food from these folks for a couple years now. They have been consistently slow to ship. Probably because they don't keep inventory.
I can say tho, they are always pleasant to talk to.

Products ordered, delivered, perform well, no problems

The last three orders I've placed with Emergency Essentials has resulted in numerous products that were not available...after the fact! When I place my order, and my credit card is charged, I expect my order to full filled! Three strikes, I will not attempt to order from EE again....an "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it on the third strike!

WHERE IS MY ORDER IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE A WEEK AGO. THAT IS THE FIRST ONE ----- AND I PUT IN A SECOND ORDER LAST WEEK. HOW ABOUT SOME TRACKING INFO!! Robert Harris
