Always very helpful with customers from…
Always very helpful with customers from the telephone staff onwards. Always try to get us to our destination on time. Probably some of the toilets could do with a bit of attention.

Wow what a brilliant service Berry's…
Wow what a brilliant service Berry's offer with their London Superfast journeys.
Andy, our courier, had such a lovely manner,
On our return journey there was a lady travelling alone in a wheelchair. Andy made sure that she was served first, that she was warm enough and engaged in conversation with her.
He is a real credit to the company.

What can I say?
What can I say?? Except an amazing company for accessibility. From booking to travelling. The staff were all great, booking was easy, getting on and off the coaches was simple enough, securing my wheelchair was great too. The journey was so smooth and pleasant. Definitely be using them again for my travels and would highly recommend to anyone with accessibility or extra needs.
All you have to do is phone to book and let them know your requirements so they can ensure they put the correct vehicle on that trip for you. Well Done Berry's!!

Disappointed
The outward journey was very good but the return trip was not as booked, I was expecting the same type of coach with a downstairs seat with table and tea or coffee available. Unfortunately the return was just a normal coach and driver and the journey was not as comfortable. If I had been notified of the change in facilities I would have bought my own drink and snack.

We were sorry to hear of your disappointment on this occasion but pleased to hear you enjoyed your upward journey. We would advise that we operate a range of single and double deck vehicles across our services and whilst the double deckers have table facilities unfortunately, they are not available on all the single deck coaches and hence we do not guarantee their provision. As regards to the lack of host, this was as a result of last-minute sickness and unfortunately covering these situations is proving increasingly difficult and we trust you will also appreciate we are the only intercity operator offering this facility. Unfortunately, it is not practical to inform passengers if a host is not available, although we are endeavoring to modify our booking system to enable this. We trust you will find our explanation satisfactory, consider our services overall to be good value and continue to use us in the future. Best Wishes Berrys Coaches
